The following items are included in the daily $55 plus tax resort fee per condo not person, applied at the time of check in payable directly to the 1 Hotel not included in the quote: Beach loungers, umbrella, Gym access, Sporting facilities or equipment, Internet access, 24-hour business centre use of the Audi etron cars for short trips, free yoga classes, great value considering all the amenities and the Residencies staff on hand! On Please be advised you will again need a pictured ID for registration and a credit card to secure spending for incidentals/resort fee. The 1 Hotel will be authorizing your credit card at check-in for $200 per day for up to 7 days. If any incidentals incur, they will be charged to your temporary house account and then settled upon check out.
