About this property

A Beautiful End Property Town House

The club house, pool and play grounds are in front of the house, a 3 second walk. The house is only 10 to 15 minutes away from all attractions. Lots of stores and restaurants only minutes away. Air-conditioning, heating, high speed internet, land telephone, multi channel TV in every room.

The house is loaded with whatever you want. Fully loaded kitchen, stove, dish washer, plates, cups, utensils, you name it. The house provides comforters, sheets, towels etc. I have a 5 star rating through other agencies. I am completely new here.

My promise is that you will never regret staying at my vacation rental. I will be adding lot of pictures very soon.

The location is perfect … the home was okay … the washer machine and the oven didn’t work …. Also the beds are very comfortable and feel like it’s going to fall ! If you bringing kid’s be careful because there is a bunch of cable cords around the tvs….

Fiesta Key Rental

We rented this property from February 14 to February 25, 2023. I would advise everyone to NOT rent this property. It was advertised as a 4 bedroom with a heated pool in a gated community. When we arrived, we found within a few hours that the pool heaters had been broken for at least a month, and would not be repaired for another 6-8 weeks minimum. Also the entry gate was closed upon arrival but for 6 of the 10 days we were there, it was stuck in the open position so that anyone could enter and leave!!.. The unit itself sorely needs updating. Some of the issues were a broken washing machine, kitchen/dining room chairs we were afraid to sit on, two cabinet drawers hanging by one hinge, a sofa with virtually no springs, mattresses almost impossible to sleep on and so noisy that when a person moved, the noise could be heard on the floor above, and a very dirty carpet(which we learned was only to be cleaned (AFTER we left) My advice to everyone is DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT. You will not be happy with your stay.

Beautiful home and well kept

Had such an amazing time this weekend. Would definitely recommend to anyone and WILL be renting from again. Well kept, the owner was very responsive and the house was in middle of everything. No complaints.
