The Woodland Property has 2 queen /1 full beds (each in their own room) with door, one bedroom off bathroom and kitchen (one room can be convertible to multiple beds/crib/ and shares doorway with the kitchen. See layout but to use kitchen either the dining room/third bedroom or second bedroom has to provide Access. Minimum of 30 day stay/booking.
Bedrooms:
The master is largest room in front of house with large bay window overlooking a beautiful tree lined street of historical homes - we have a full size futon couch, twin size roller bed and several full size fold out floor bed mats (and a Pack-n-play Crib ) for kids. There is a large leather 7ft saddle leather couch is also provided for sitting or sleeping. You are welcome to bring inflatable mattresses as you wish but they are not provided. There are floormats (Twin Size, Cot fold out, Futon etc. for sleeping surfaces outside of the 2 queen/1 full beds). All cooking plates, utensils, pans, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, laundry essentials are here, and grocery store on Euclid is less than a mile away for all of your food needs. Kitchen has electric Stove, Dishwasher & Stainless-Steel Refrigerator. Beautiful real Hardwood Floors; Central Heat, AC Spacious

Conveniently located in Downtown Lexington near Woodland Park, Transylvania University, University of Kentucky, Shopping & Restaurants Older historic home so built very well. Enjoy the large porch and large rear yard with picnic table, room for Bocce Ball and tons of outdoor space this summer with your family or travel mates. Very large (1/2 acre) area of grass area behind building is for use as needed. Picnics, BBQ, Horseshoes, Corn hole etc. Just let the host show you the area if not clear.

Walk to UK games, nightlife, Gym, park and coffee shop! Live-Work-Play type of place. There's a large great room that can be used for dinner/ games, or more bed space as needed - we provide the portable beds or bring your own. Bicycles can be provided within 10 days of request and an additional fee of $10 per day per bike. Let us know if you have any questions and our local Lexingtonian can provide local info as needed! Many tour /sites seeing choices (brochures in unit) include; Bourbon trail, beautiful horse farms, Derby, UK basketball, wineries, museums, breweries and of course a great close-by location for any UK graduation! We are next to UK-Woodland Park/ in nice area- this really is a phenomenal location you can Uber walk or get anywhere within about 5-10 minutes. We are close to downtown for Thursday night live, very close to the most popular restaurants and bar scene, and of course Keeneland racetrack in the various vineyards are all within a very short drive or Uber away. We have outfit in the home and a very modular way so that we can accommodate couples’ singles or combination With or without kids. We have a Washer/Dryer Included to make doing laundry easy- beautiful Hardwood Floors, lots of light, high ceilings, and plenty of room to spread out.

FAST WIFI and a Large Screen Flat Screen is provided. Local Channels available with digital antenna, and you can use your Netflix or prime account by logging into TV.

You must call Jey (859) 474-5087 (our local host point of contact) the week of staying to request anything you are no clear on or may need. The door codes will not be provided until a few hours before arrival (for safety) and Jey will provide that by phone. Codes are changed on each visit.
Full Downstairs of Home (upstairs separated by separate side entrance-so private and secure). You have plenty of parking in back and large open green area with huge beautiful trees with picnic table- you can BBQ, play corn hole or whatever you like. We just ask that you are respectful of neighbors and keep the noise down (Neighborhood is historical and you’re surrounded by beautiful Victorian homes).
