Update: Adults 21 and over only/2 adults max/No Children, No Pets & No Smoking anywhere on the property. Remodeled basement with high ceilings and private deck. Oasis 4 miles from the city, in the most historic, happening neighborhood in Cincinnati. 2 separate entrances and a deck all to yourself! Ideal for the business traveler looking for a place very close to the city but with your own private wooded view. Restaurants and bars just a 10 minute walk, and bus line a 5 minute walk away. Uber drivers always in the area at a moments notice. This apartment is in the basement of our home, we are busy living and working upstairs.
