Single-family home DIRECTLY on the BEACH! RARE FIND!

This nostalgic beachfront home overlooks the white sugar sand beach of the Emerald Coast. With interior views of the ocean from the kitchen, living room, and both bedrooms, you are in for a treat! Private parking is right in front of the house, and you can enjoy one level throughout. If you have a large party, a 1 bedroom cottage is available on the same lot. **Note** The cottage is a separate listing and must be booked separately. You can find it at this link. https://www.vrbo.com/1238397

Both bedrooms have gorgeous views of the ocean with a sliding glass door entrance to the back deck. The fully furnished kitchen is complete with granite countertops and all upgraded stainless steel appliances. The master bathroom includes a decorative tile shower with upgraded cabinets. Porcelain tile flooring is installed throughout the home for easy cleanup. The laundry room is equipped with a full washer and dryer. Parking is available for up to 3 cars or 3 SUVs (max) and there are no stairs or elevators to deal with. This property is not across the street from the beach, you are literally on the beach. This is good ole' Jimmy Buffet-style beachfront living at its best!

For convenience, a keyless entry system is installed with private codes for each guest. The lock pad includes a 30 second auto lock system to ensure security while you're away. Cable tv and wireless internet are provided throughout the house. Download your favorite Kindle book or finish some work on your laptop as you sit on the deck and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Enjoy a sunset on the balcony as you watch your children build a sandcastle right in front of you.

You can enjoy the peace and quiet of the ocean breeze, or take a short trip to enjoy the amusement parks, nightlife, fishing, and shopping that is available in Panama City Beach. Grocery stores and drug stores are conveniently located within a short distance from this house. St. Andrew's state park is a couple of blocks by bicycle or car, or you can enter from the beachside as you take an evening stroll. Whatever you are looking for, this home has it all.

There is a custom gas grill on the deck for cooking out. It is conveniently located between the 2 bedroom house and the 1 bedroom cottage. This grill is free to use for the guests of Aqua-Holic beach house and Aqua-Holic cottage. It is the responsibility of the guest to make sure that the grill is properly attended to and turned off and cleaned after use.

Security cameras have been installed on the exterior of the property. They are running live feed on the front deck and the back deck. This is for the protection of the property owner as well as guests.

We really enjoyed our stay at AquaHolic. The location was fantastic on the 'quiet' end of Panama Beach which was perfect for our decompression vacation. You're right on the beach and steps from the water which is very motivating for early morning walks on the beach. Very close to stores when you need a quick run for groceries. This is our #1 place in Panama Beach.

I love the location of the property due to the convenience to the beach, the back porch overlooking the beach, the proximity to restaurants without the noise, hassle and crowding of west PCB. The listing is very accurate. House is located on a quiet street and the beach was not crowded at all. As other reviews have said, Julie is very responsive and quick. This was a terrific house and location. 10/10 would stay here again.

Another GREAT trip to PCB!

This is our second time staying at this home and it was even better than the first time. The weather was perfect, and the house continues to be a great fit for our family. You can't beat the location and we love the house too. It's kinda like a throwback to another era, but with all the modern niceties you need. And you can walk to some restaurants and shops too. But mostly, we love this house just to spend a few days at the beach!

What wonderful house! Beautiful and shabby chic! The location is perfect and the description is exactly correct, this house is right on the beach. We woke up to the most beautiful view and I believe we saw a manatee! Absolutely saw stingray swimming. Definitely Jimmy Buffet style, she’s like comfortable blue Jean shirt. Enough room for the five of us.

Weekend getaway

I LOVE this house. By far my favorite place I have ever stayed. Originally booked this place for a mecation but ended up bringing my 6 year old daughter. She also loved this house. It is literally right on the beach which made it super convenient if we forgot something or needed to run in for snacks or bathroom breaks. Location is amazing. Away from all the crowds. My daughter enjoyed walking across the street to eat at shore shack pizza which was good and no wait time. I enjoyed relaxing on the deck at night listen to the waves and the great views during the mornings and evenings. We would definitely love to come back again.

Our stay was ok. I feel the area of the property was not a good area. Also, the bedrooms, especially the back bedrooms, were very hot. The air conditioner worked great in the kitchen/living area, but it was very hot in the bedrooms. Also, neither of the lights worked in the bedrooms. Both did have working lamps. The house was perfect for being right on the beach. It was very clean when we got there and had all the amenities we needed.

Perfect Location!

Our overall stay was wonderful! The beach location of this property was absolutely perfect! We stayed during memorial day weekend and the beach where this house is located has a quite a bit less traffic than the condo areas close by. Our only complaints were the master bedroom sheets seemed to be unwashed. They were covered in sand, so we had to wash them ourselves. When we informed the property owner she simply stated that they were washed but there may have been sand in the dryer. They did offer to have the maids return, but at this point we had already addressed the issue. Also we didn't realize that there is a small apartment directly behind the house only separated by a small walkway. Otherwise it was perfect, we are already considering returning to this location.

Great house on the beach

We had a wonderful stay in the “Aqua-Holics” house. For a small family, or just the two of you, it is very nice. It’s right on the beach, sitting on the back porch was a perfect place to rest. There were towels enough for a few days and kitchen seemed to have most of what is needed. We will stay there again if we go back!
