Beautiful 3,000sqft Home Perfect For Your Mountain Getaway!

Life above 7000 feet never felt this good. This is the perfect home for your vacation as it will comfortably accommodate large or multiple families. Close to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and The Arizona Snowbowl, as well as beautiful hiking, mountain biking, fishing, parks, and delicious local restaurants. We love Flagstaff and are excited to share our rental with you!
About our property:
We have a 3000sq ft home located in the popular Flagstaff neighborhood of Ponderosa Trails. 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in our two-story home as well as 2 large living areas, a beautifully appointed kitchen, and a landscaped backyard with custom large patio for BBQing. Family room has large sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and 55in smart tv. Kitchen has stainless steal appliances, granite counter tops, and is fully stocked for cooking at home. The backyard has a grilling deck off the back sliding door, with large lower patio with patio furniture and gas firepit. The back yard also has a grassy area and sand box for the kiddos.

We appreciated the number of bedrooms as well as generous dining and seating areas. There were small things that could have made a difference in convenience and function that would be an improvement. Hand towel hook ripped out of the wall in bathroom, broken blinds, no room darkening ability, etc. Bunk beds were SO wobbly we did not feel safe using the top bunks. Ladders were missing a needed top rung. Harsh overhead lighting and not many options for lamps or softer light. Didn't feel I could lock the house up tight. There was a deadbolt at the front door, but the bolt that could be thrown across up higher on the door was broken. The lock on the interior door from garage to house was flimsy. The house was generally clean and certainly acceptable, but the ceiling fans could be viewed from above due to the home design and they were FILTHY on top of the blades. The vent filters for the AC need changed in the worst way. I'm sure they're affecting the function of the unit as well as air quality of the home.The concerns I've listed are mostly inexpensive fixes that would improve the guest's overall experience. I did not make any complaints to the owner at the time of the stay - our time was short and we had lots of plans. Our online transactions with the property went smoothly. However, I was disappointed with the home at the price I paid.

Leading up to the stay, communication with Stephanie was excellent. She responded to our questions immediately. The property was as advertised.
