Resort Policies for Coachella and Stagecoach Weekends:
Check-in is 4 p.m.; Check-out is strictly on or before 10 a.m. There will be a charge of $100 per hour for late check-outs. The front desk is available 24 Hours/Day
This resort is 100% smoke-free in all of its units or buildings. Smoking may be permitted in designated areas on the property. Not complying with this policy may result in the assessment of a substantial fee.

Guests must be 21 or older to make a reservation and physically present at the time of check-in. Upon check-in, valid government-issued photo ID and credit card required. There will be $250 hold on the credit card to cover the incidentals and is fully refundable. Valid photo ID to be sent via email to host at least one week before check-in for reservation names to match, ensuring a seamless check-in. Any name changes afterwards will incur a $100 fee (Per timeshare rules on guest certificates). No visitors will be allowed except for guests who have checked in. Wristbands will be provided and will identify guests from those who are not checked in. This supersedes visitor maximum occupancy rates. Occupancy limits strictly enforced. Extra Guests are not allowed.
The rideshare and taxi drop off and pick-up location is just outside the gate of the property, unless checking-in.
Shuttle to the festival is available for a fee with an independent operator and will be available for purchase at the lobby.
Management reserves the right to modify some policies concerning safety and security.

Pool & Hot Tub Information
Pool hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The Splash Pad is located near Building 8. Hours may vary based on season and weather. Children in diapers must wear waterproof diapers designed for swimming. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more specific information. Please note the Lazy River is a family-friendly area and alcoholic beverages are prohibited. For your safety, swimming or playing in the lakes on the property is prohibited.

Strictly no pets. Please coordinate with check-in staff for service animal policies.
Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee.

Early check-in may be available for a fee at front desk during peak festival season. No commercial photography.
