The house has vaulted ceilings, lots of windows, multi-level with stairs and privacy. 3 bedrooms total. 3 king beds. Bedrooms each have 3 en suite marble bathrooms (one jacuzzi jetted bathtub, one steam shower), 1 powder room, and a laundry room with new a washer & dryer. There is plenty of empty closet space and a very large cedar closet . Outdoor space includes nice decks, BBQ, front garden, and 2 parking spaces.
The house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. You will feel like you are in the woods but only minutes away from all the activity in town. NO PARTIES. Parties will be a $5,000 + fine plus damages.

Family Home in Aspen
We love Mountain Valley because it is only 1 mile from town conveniences but it is very quiet and peaceful. We have very nice neighbors. During the Winter Independence Pass is closed so the only traffic is purely residential. Close to town, restaurants, skiing, biking, hiking, and whatever other mountain activities you enjoy.
