A short walk will take you to the Seacrest tropical swimming pool with lounge chairs galore. Hop on the complimentary shuttle and head straight to the beach entrance. Explore Seacrest Beach, Rosemary, and neighboring towns of Alys Beach, Seaside and Watercolor. The beach is only the beginning!

Every corner of this spectacular home has been thoughtfully touched to offer the latest beach stay luxury - generous living area seating, new kitchen appliances and countertops, custom tiled baths, built-in bunk beds, all new furnishings, the list goes on. With four bedrooms and three baths, our property comfortably sleeps 12 guests. Spacious rooms on three floors allow guests to discover quiet places to relax and unwind. The living area offers comfy seating, a 55" HDTV and access to a wraparound porch with outdoor seating. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you will need to whip up a meal for the family, and there is a grill just outside on the back porch. Plenty of dining seating is provided at the family table and breakfast bar. Each bedroom offers a SmartTV and wifi is complimentary.

Seacrest is an easygoing beach neighborhood, and is the perfect place to escape for a beach vacation. With its laid back attitude and spectacular white sandy beach, Seacrest Beach is where old Florida charm meets today’s luxury. The 12,000 square foot tropical swimming pool is the place to be and offers chaise lounge seating where guests may relax all afternoon. When you are ready to explore the 30a area, spend a day wandering through the shops and sights of nearby Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside and Watercolor. The inviting towns and communities located along 30A beckon vacationers to stop and visit. You’ll spot gourmet restaurants, unique boutiques, art galleries, ice cream parlors and sweet shops – just for starters. Golf carts are not allowed per the HOA.

Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Fantastic stay in the cutest neighborhood

The owner was very communicative about all aspects of the stay and was ready to help in any way. An AC needed fixed and the owner worked with us to make sure we had air before we arrived. The house comfortably fit 10 of us. There was so much to do within walking distance which was a huge plus.

Fantastic spot

I was incredibly pleased with this house. The check in process and communication with the property management was easy and seamless. They were available and responded quickly to my questions. The location is fantastic. It’s tucked away so that it is still private but offers easy access to the main road, beach and shops. The shuttle service was a huge plus. I heard it was really hard to get beach access but this house offered a shuttle service that would pick you up at various spots around the neighborhood and drive you right through to private access. The house itself was large and fit my group comfortably. There were balconies off of every room which was a great addition. I would definitely consider staying stating at this house or in this area again.

Location was great but the house could have been more clean upon arrival. The bathrooms had a layer of film on the sinks which required a wipe down with Clorox wipe and the showers had lots of mold and film on them that took more than one wipe down to clean. Not enough towels or dishes for our group of 8 that stayed in the house. Could deal with the towels and dishes but was really disappointed in cleanliness of bathrooms

Spring Break - Friends Trip

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and the location is excellent. However, we felt like the property was in need of some TLC. For example, the AC unit on the third floor is extremely loud, the bunk beds are precarious (they’re held together with duct tape in some places), the mattresses are not especially comfortable, there were some stains on the furnishings - e.g., chairs at the bar and at least one mattress protector had a rather large yellow stain… (we had to put our own sheets on the trundle, so we noticed this one just by chance). Additionally, if you’re planning to eat family dinners, you’ll need your own serving pieces. There are no oven mitts, chip bag clips, or Tupperware. We found only one large bowl. Finally, the cleaning crew didn’t do a great job. We felt like we needed to sweep and wipe down counters upon arrival. Altogether, nothing crazy, we just think it might be time for an update.

Great Location & Layout, But Needs a Deep Clean and Refresh

We stayed at this 3-story home in SeaCrest Beach with 4 teenagers, and the location was absolutely perfect—easy walking to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The layout worked very well for our group: the teens had the main floor bedroom near the kitchen and large TV, while the primary bedroom upstairs gave the adults a separate space with a sitting area and another large TV. The property manager was prompt in responding to questions and addressing issues.That said, the home needs some attention. It felt stuffy and not as clean as expected upon arrival. The kitchen was poorly stocked and disorganized—some dishes and glasses were not clean (lipstick on a glass), there was no cutting board, and the shelves could use a thorough cleaning and reorganization. The spray bottle of disinfectant under the sink didn’t even work despite having a fee warning if removed.Other maintenance and comfort issues included: a stained toilet scrubber in the downstairs bathroom, no patio furniture out back, a grill in unusable condition (dirty, uncovered, and rusted inside), and no bike racks. In the primary bedroom, the mattress was older, and the pillows were very flat with an old, used smell. Two extra pillows were in the closet but without pillowcases (we had to request them). The bed skirt was hanging off, carpets were stained, and the second-floor AC failed twice during our stay despite quick repair attempts.This is a great house in a fantastic location with a layout perfect for families

Great Location and Home Base in Seacrest

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at this house as a home base for our family beach trip. My husband and I traveled with our 3 little boys (ages 6 and under) as well as my mom. The adult bedrooms were fantastic with en suite bathrooms. The kid bunk room downstairs was convenient to avoid little feet going up and down the staircases and the family room fit us all very comfortably. The location was the very best part - as close as you can get to the Peddlers Pavilion with restaurants and shops and live music each night. We walked over most nights! There are also 2 tram stops at either of the block for convenient beach pickup. The kids made use of the streaming services available on the TV but spent most of our time out at the beach. The community pool was also fantastic and a quick 5 min walk with kids. Cons: Really limited on towels, which they do disclose in the listing. Literally 1 towel per person, so we did a lot of wash. We were OK with the 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll TP per bathroom that was provided, we brought extra in case it was needed. We used the 1 dishwasher detergent pack and 1 laundry detergent pack pretty quickly but also planned ahead and packed our own.Also very little food supplies like salt/pepper, oil, etc. so we ended up buying a lot of basics.Also a few towel racks were hanging on by a thread and the bunk beds were a bit rickety so we kept our kids on the bottom bunks.

Fabulous location and house layout

We have stayed in SeaCrest multiple times over the last decade. The house is a great location one block from the semi circle heart of SeaCrest. It has a great lawn in the back for throwing football or other sports. Two blocks from the Lagoon pool. Needs new mattress and pillows in master- not comfortable. Property was clean and no issues. Bring extra TP, trash bags, etc bc VERY limited (as in one each). Great overall stay!

Solid choice close to everything

Great house within walking distance to everything. We stay in Seacrest every year and this is another great house. A bit of wear and tear but fine overall. Quiet as well give the proximity to town center. The house backs up to a quiet green space and the front faces parking lot. Pictures are accurate as well. Everything is managed by the app and we really didn’t interact with the management company. We had 5 teens with us and there was plenty of space. Thanks for the great vacation!

Amazing house in an awesome area! The bikes were unrideable, but that’s my only complaint. The park behind the house was perfect for the kids. Biking and walking distances to the beach and nearby towns was perfect. The HUGE pool was fun and large enough for us to have our personal space. I would recommend and stay again.
