This unit is 'Platinum' rated on the 9th floor with a floor plan which offers both the living area and the master bedroom directly facing the gulf. A 30 foot balcony is accessible from the family room or the master bedroom. Most Tidewater Beach Resort one bedroom units do not have the master bedroom on the Gulf. Our unit also has floor to ceiling sliding doors in order to access the balcony. The bunk room is a separate room with a closet for the kids. The Family Room has a 42' HD LCD TV with DVD / VCR, and a 32' LCD TV with DVD in the master bedroom. Wireless internet provided in this unit!

The Family Room has a queen sleeper sofa, and plenty of room to comfortably accommodate six people. A fully equipped kitchen is available for your use. Two full baths are also available -- one full bath is off the bunk room and the other is off the master bedroom. The furnishings are upgraded 'Platinum' quality and the unit was professionally decorated.

Tidewater Beach Resort is located 1/3 mile from Pier Park (900,000 sq ft Complex of Shopping, Entertainment, and Dining) on Front Beach Road in the NEW and convenient west end of Panama City Beach. Pier Park opened in the spring of 2008 with such unique restaurants as Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville, The Back Porch Seafood and Oyster House, Ford's Garage, Olive Garden, Buffalo Wild Wing, and Five Guys Famous Hamburgers and Fries to mention just a few. Additionally, enjoy and the 16 screen Grand Theater and IMAX Theater, escape rooms, axe throwing and more!

the condo was very clean, but the patio furniture needs to be replaced.

Inside the condo was clean but did not enjoy the balcony furniture needed to be replace. The free beach chairs were to close together.

Awesome Place

This is our second time to PCB. We love the beach. And this was the first time staying here. This condo was super clean and a great location. Everyone is so friendly at Tidewater. We did have to call about the TV. Could not get basic channels, and the manager of our condo sent someone right out and fixed the problem. I felt like I was at my own home. Eveything you need they had. The view was amazing. Did not want to come home. We will definitely be back 💜

Great Condo to Relax In!

This condo is really impressive. Very tasteful interior with a gorgeous view. Free beach chairs/umbrella service is great! Nice pools and hot tubs, and also indoor pool and hot tubs, exercise facility and indoor theater. Plenty to do inside on rainy days. Six charcoal grills to use; nice bonus! From check in to check out, there were no problems at all. There were at least 25 luggage carts and several grocery carts that were always available. The parking garage had plenty of stalls always available near the entrance. Elevators were fast; we never waited more than a minute. We were pleased with everything! Hope to come back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The elevator situation alone would keep me from ever booking here again. You had to wait more than 30 minutes to squeeze into an already full elevator or walk 7 flights of stairs. Some updates would be nice for the price, like a Kuerig machine and a normal blow dryer instead of a built in blow dryer like a cheap motel. Dishes and cookware could use replacing, too. In addition to this, my nightstand was filthy upon check in. All in all, not what I expected for the price and will not be back.

This property was an absolute delight! I especially liked the fact that the bedroom was not on the outside hallway. It was clean, roomy and I enjoyed the balcony off of the living room and the bedroom. The view was gorgeous. Would highly recommend this condo.

2nd time, still fantastic!

This was our 2nd time to stay in this condo. Everything was perfect, from the gorgeous view, to the quick elevators. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year.

Life on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third rental at Tidewater and we have a fourth booking for next November, all reserved through Four Star Condo Services. With each rental the reservation process was first class - simple to use and extremely efficient. We have only had to call on Four Star once in that period when a door code did not work and that was sorted within 10 minutes through a phone call. I cannot praise Four Star management services highly enough!When we entered 912 Tidewater this year the first thing we noticed was how spotlessly clean everything was. On further inspection we saw all equipment was modern and in top condition. The master bedroom is large with lots of cupboard, drawer and closet space and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is a huge sliding door onto balcony and wonderful view over the Gulf, a view shared with the lounge. Excellent bathroom and shower. The guest bathroom has less space but very functional.The lounge is spacious and very comfortable with a good size TV.A well equipped and functional kitchen with everything you could want.The furniture on the huge 9+ metre balcony has changed from the original photo but the Adirondac chairs were comfortable and we spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the view and sun.The final comment about the condo is self explanatory - we have booked the same unit for a month next year.

Beautiful views

We typically try to avoid staying in towers because of crowds but our previous reservation was cancelled at a different location. I did not read reviews of the building prior to booking. Communication with property management was great! The unit has beautiful views and was very clean. We were able to see dolphins and rays from the balcony! I loved having 2 access points to the balcony for my morning coffee. This building has old(er) elevators and waiting for them and the subsequent overcrowding was our only problem. We met people who said that elevators were completely down the week prior. It was only on our last day that the elevators in the parking garage were down. Luckily we had a cart and were parked close. Be prepared to wait for elevators. I cannot imagine this in peak season. The beach has 3 rows of chairs that are pay based but on either side you can make your own set up which is what we opted to do. It was not super crowded and the water was beautiful. Lots of marine life to watch! Would I stay again? No, but it is the building - not the condo or property management. They were great.

Beach Vacay!
