We loved our stay in Gulf Shores. Crystal Tower is a great option for February since there's a heated indoor pool. Our room had a great view of the ocean and the beds were comfortable.

This is the 5th time I've stayed in Crystal Towers and this is the biggest condo I've been in. The views were absolutely amazing. And having a patio off both bedrooms was the best. I know from now on i will be getting a condo that ends on 09. Thank you!

This condo was okay. Dresser drawers are broken and falling out. Curtains and bedding was pretty dirty. Couch was awful.

Only real complaint we have is we had to pay for parking. 20 a day! No where in the listing did it say anything about having to pay to park. One of the pools apparently had no one skimming it. It had lots of bugs and debris in it. The second pool was very clean. Our unit was missing a few of the beach items that had been listed (a slight inconvenience but nothing serious). Other than that the place was great.

Great location and well appointed rooms. The Air Conditioning was not working properly and no one ever came to check it, as we called the property management. The coffee pot did not work as the carafe did not match the coffee maker, so the coffee would not drip. We loved having the two masters which makes it ideal for two couples.

The views were awesome. 2 different views from the 2 balconies. My family of 6 fit perfectly. The pools were clean and warm. Short walk to the beach was convenient. Nice sized kitchen with full sized fridge & pantry was key. It was also great to have a laundry room. Would recommend to anyone!

All about the view

The beds were super comfy and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Easy beach access was also a bonus. The only thing that could be addressed is the tub didn’t drain properly in the master bathroom and the shower head in the other bathroom didn’t spray properly. We would definitely stay here again.
