Great location. Complex quite old.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space did the job and was clean. The building itself was very old so you can only work with in those limits. We had what we needed and location was great.

Condo is located in an old building and the outside/entry isn't very appealing. It's not bad, but it's not great. Unit could use some cosmetic updates, but overall it was clean and comfortable. No AC in unit, but the fans helped to keep it cool.

We had a very small view of the ocean from the second bedroom but it was right at the bottom of our building. It was convenient and didn’t feel like we missed it. The location was fantastic!!! It was the best vacation I ever had.

Quiet Location with easy Ocean Access

Apartment was very clean and a good layout. We really enjoyed the location as you could walk to a nice beach/swimming area and downtown was a short drive away.

Fantastic Stay in Keaukaha!

My family love, love, loved our stay! The condo was perfect for the four of us and we enjoyed being so close to Four Mile and Richardson's Beach Park. We also enjoyed the wonderful books in the condo.

The unit we stayed was clean, though a little bit old, with out dated furnitures but bathroom and kitchen were remodeled. The space is big enough for three of us. The biggest surprise/bonus is its location, not far away from the downtown, and next to a beautiful beach where we did swimming and snorkeling. The host was great and kept communicating with us.

Nice place in Hilo

Great location right next to the beach, clean, had all the amenities. Kitchen/bathrooms seem recently renovated. We had a nice time!

Nice layout, comfortable, good value

This is a clean, comfortable property with a nice open kitchen area. We snorkeled every day at the park next door, enjoyed the restaurant across the street, and appreciated that both beds were the same quality and size.

Comfy condo close to specatular views

Sea turtles, sun, jungle, and sea at your fingertips. Great family friendly area, minutes from downtown. We loved being close to Carmichael Park; saw a sea turtle the first day. Kids loved it!

This condo was charming and very conveniently located by the beach. Check-in and checkout were very easy and the condo had comfortable rooms. I would suggest providing better toilet paper (not one-ply).

Great location!

Jolanta was fabulous! She answered all my calls and was so helpful. They were fixing a water leak so there was a bit of noise and water shut offs, but overall the condo was well equipped and in a great location.

Swim with turtles!

The description and past reviews are accurate, it's an older condo and not exactly luxury accommodations, but the condo was comfortable and had everything we needed in a two bedroom place. And being able to walk out through the back gate pretty much right into the water at Carlsmith beach with snorkel and fins in hand was really wonderful!
