Communicating with Barbara was excellent. She responded to any questions I had quickly. The room was as advertised. The view from the balcony was outstanding! The facility was excellent and noise from other rooms was non existent. Never had to wait on an elevator even though we were on the twelfth floor. I would highly recommend this unit and would love to stay there again.

The condo has amazing views and very roomy. The owner was wonderful to communicate with regarding minor questions. The only down fall was we knew that there was renovations but we did not know that would impact the use of the balcony. Overall the stay was nice and relaxing

Barbara was very friendly, she made sure I had everything I need to get in the day before our stay, and was even able to accommodate an early check in. I did not need to contact her during our stay, but felt comfortable to do so if needed. I would definitely stay in this host's places again!

The condo was set up very nicely for myself and teenage daughter. Loved the patio and view. Despite unexpected construction on the outside of the building, we had a lovely and relaxing stay. Enjoyed the private beach especially as long as the chair service was available (ended for the season 2 days after our arrival). We would absolutely come back once a bit earlier in the season and once the outdoor upgrades are finished

We have stayed at Long Beach resort five times now and this was the best condo yet, the host was absolutely amazing, so easy to talk with about anything. The condo has everything you would need and decorated wonderfully. The high table and chairs on the balcony gives unobstructed views of the ocean, we ate all our meals out there. Amazing views, sunsets are spectacular l. We will definitely return to this condo. Can’t wait to get back for our next trip

We live in Atlanta GA and recently purchased this beach condo due to the unique layout that offers ocean views from all rooms. Plus a two master set up with two master baths. The condo is newly remodeled with upgraded kitchen, granite, backsplash, tile through out no carpet.
We love Long Beach so much that we bought 2 condos. Tower 4 #1204 (VRBO #1260939) purchased in 2/18 and Tower 1 #303 9/19 (VRBO #1774879).

Why they chose this property

This condo is newly renovated. We purchased this property in Long Beach due to the wall to wall windows and ocean views from every room. Very few condo floor plans offer two masters with access to an over sized patio with OCEAN VIEWS. The kitchen is open to the living area.

There are upgrades through out with crown molding, tile through out (no dirty carpet) and even a tiled oversized balcony. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. The décor is 30A chic and comfy.

The amenities at Long Beach are great and the proximity to restaurants is perfect.

The baths are large and spa like
