Our Lovely Neighborhood:
Safe and friendly, the historic South Westside offers nice strolls through its eclectic homes and gardens. Be sure to grab an espresso from award winning Olympia Coffee Roasters, a few blocks away. Enjoy farm-fresh produce just down the street during our seasonal farmer's market. Kids love the nearby 'sprayground' at Woodruff Park during warm summer days! Hugely popular city pickleball courts two blocks away. We love how everything is walkable here, including downtown, West Bay waterfront and the Capitol Lake trails.

This home was perfect for our stay in Olympia. We could walk to downtown and leave the car behind. The home was very clean and if we needed anything Hannah and Ryan were quick to help. If we ever need a place in Olympia again, this property is at the top of our list.
Came to WA on a family visit and we’re so pleased with The Laurels. The hosts were responsive. but honestly, we didn’t need anything the house was great as is! Clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood that was perfect walking distance to almost everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely book here again! Thanks so much!
We enjoyed our stay. The house was in a very good location just up the hill from downtown. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The television was easy to use, and my mom liked having Comcast cable. The kitchen was well stocked and updated. The showers are small but functional. We will stay again when we visit Olympia.
Warm and cozy home was wonderful very relaxing time spent here. Loved the kitchen baked a lot with our grandkids would defiantly love to stay here again hosts were very nice would recommend to anyone.
The location was very convenient to get downtown and other Olympia locations, including Evergreen State College. The neighborhood is quiet and cute. The property is well set up, spacious and comfortable. We would choose to stay here again.
Hannah and Ryan have made a very cozy home to stay at. There are lots of inviting little touches and the needs of a vacationer have been well thought out. The kitchen is well equipped. All instructions are very clear. The home is conveniently located close to downtown, as well as the West side. We enjoyed our stay!
The Laurels was a perfect spot for us to meet up with our adult children. Kitchen was well appointed and beds were comfortable. Both a necessity for us! Our hosts were also very responsive with answers to questions. We enjoyed the neighborhood and runs from the house to the capitol and downtown areas.
I highly recommend!
Communication with owners including check-in was excellent. We loved the location near the Capitol and Percival Landing. We liked the front and side patios. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels and washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. I appreciated that everything, including laundry detergent was fragrance free as I have allergies to scented products. I always recommend sleep masks as days are long in Pacific Northwest in summer. Beds have a center post so watch your toes. Excellent stay overall and loved our first visit to Olympia.
House was great size for just one traveler working in the area for the week. It is on a quiet street. Loved the soaking tub. The house was clean, I did not have to do any extra cleaning upon arrival. The house was hot when I first arrived but I found the fans and the ceiling fans helped cool the place off. Hosts were quick and responsive when I had a wifi question. The kitchen is nice and looks new. The ice maker and filtered water was not working or water not installed. I travel with my own supplies for common kitchen items (peeler, scissors, pitcher for water) which I did need, sparse supplies aside from pots/pans and dinnerware. They provided coffee but no coffee filters. I would stay here again when my travels lead me back to the area.
Well located, comfortable home close to everything in Olympia. Fully equipped. If you’re a coffee lover you’ll love the selection of beans and available brewing equipment.
Clean, comfortable home in a great location. It accommodated our family well, kitchen was well equipped- we enjoyed our stay. Explored the south eastern part of OlympicNP while staying here.

We've expanded our love for all things 'home' to the adorable house across the street. We bring our belief in healthy living to this new venture, with all cotton linens and 'free and clear' cleaning products. We adore simple, clean living spaces. When we're not in homebody mode, we adventure out to the Washington coast or forests, to soak up what makes our land so magical.
