Sit around the bistro table or relax on the Adirondack chairs in your private beautifully landscaped courtyard. This two-story house has been stylishly renovated and features a spacious living area and a kitchen with all the necessities to make your stay comfortable. Laminate flooring throughout including in bedrooms. Three bedrooms upstairs with 2 comfortable queen beds, and one comfy full size bed. Bedrooms now have room darkening curtains, not pictured in listing. A spacious full bathroom upstairs with dual sinks and tub/shower combo. Half bath downstairs. Convenient well-lit parking on side of home. Our guests also get use of the Charleston County Gold Pass which gives them admission to numerous Charleston County parks. Free entry with pass to James Island County Park Christmas Lights Festival! Go to the beach as often as you like. Parking is free with pass at the Isle of Palms County Park. Extras provided include beach towels and chairs, baby beach tent, stroller, baby gate, and rain umbrellas. Dining area off of kitchen. Washer/dryer. Ring Doorbell Security Camera on front exterior of home. Electric fireplace is inoperable due to safety reasons.
The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood that is set off the main thoroughfare. In walking distance are Trader Joe's, Aldi's, Whole Foods, Walgreens, and Shem Creek. There's a great Thai restaurant just a the corner.

To Isle of Palms it's a 16 minute drive. To Sullivan's Island, which is straight up Coleman Blvd. from the neighborhood, it's 12 minutes. Both are public beaches.

Water Taxi (From Patriots Point to Aquarium or Waterfront Park downtown). House Rules 1) No pets. 2) No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches, decks, or yard. A $200/per day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after check-out. 3) No cooking seafood inside as it leaves an odor. 4) No parties or events. We ask that all guests are respectful of our neighbors and friends. No parties or large gatherings are permitted or entire security deposit will be forfeited. 5) No bachelor/bachelorette gatherings of any sort. 6) We provide a few beach towels in the laundry closet. No sandy beach towels in washing machine please. 7) Electric fireplace is inoperable for safety reasons. Please do not try to use. 8) Only park on right side of townhouse half way on gravel and half on alley. Do not park on back end of gravel near back alley so as to prevent cars coming around the corner from hitting your vehicle. Do not park on grass or under trees behind the townhouse. 9) No subletting allowed. 10) No unregistered guests allowed. 11) If Charleston County Parks membership card is lost, guest will be charged $25 for replacement.

Very clean and well appointed in a awesome , quiet neighborhood. It was near to shops, Charleston, beach, etc. The hostess was great and our stay perfect. We would definitely stay here again.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this lovely townhouse. It was a perfect location for everything we wanted to do and see. We would walk to shems creek for dinners, walked to groceries stores and took an uber into Charleston. The place was very clean and we found the bed to be very comfortable. We will definitely be back when in the area.
Great location! Easy to get to downtown! Clean house and comfortable beds. Simple walk to Aldi. Great communication with quick responses. They even had decaf black tea!
Our family of five (with three young kiddos) very much enjoyed this home. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious enough to spread out, and in an ideal location in the heart of Mt. Pleasant with easy access to both Charleston, Daniel Island, Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms.The owners are incredibly thoughtful and responsive and did a phenomenal job making us feel welcome and at home for an extended stay. Fantastic option for anyone visiting or vacationing near Charleston!

The townhouse was great! There are many shops and grocery stores within walking distance and a short drive to downtown Charleston. Michelle was wonderful to work with!
Stay here with a buddy for the weekend to attend a few concerts. The place was exactly what was in the pictures. Close proximity to all amenities. Will stay here again when I come back.

This spot was perfect for exploring both Mount Pleasant and downtown Charleston. A quick drive over the Ravenel Bridge to histocia Charleston for sightseeing, shopping and dining. We also took day trips to Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms - beautiful beaches and great local restaurants. The neighborhood was peaceful, with nearby grocery stores and walking distance to Shem Creek. We couldn't have asked for a better location.

What a beautiful lil house, close to the city, and perfectly accommodating for my family of five. Wonderful Place!
Michelle's newly renovated townhouse was lovely in every way, from the decor, cleanliness, personal touches and best of all, the location - so easy to get everywhere - downtown Charleston, beaches, Shem Creek, Patriot's Point, and stores and restaurants. We had a great visit and would rent this townhouse again in the future. It was a perfect size for our family of 5.

Stop searching, stay here
Location is convenient to everywhere and anything you'll need in the Mt Pleasant and Charleston areas. Newly renovated, comfortable and very tastefully done, this townhouse is priced fairly and has all the comforts of home which makes it the ideal place for your Coastal SC visit. Even nicer than the photos depict and owner is very communicative to make sure your stay is hassle-free.
