The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to the beach and several great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with our daughter for her fall break. Great location for Shem Creek and downtown Charleston. It is only a short drive to downtown and we never had trouble finding parking. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. The property was just as described and very clean.

Great property as described. We had a wonderful time. The location is convenient and the outdoor area is great. We used the fireplace at night and also watched TV outside. Our family really loved this property. Located very close to Shem Creek as well as Patriots Point and the bridge to Charleston

John's place was excellent for our family visit. We stayed for just over 2 weeks and found that the house was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped for our needs, and the house was spacious enough for our family. We would definitely consider staying again for an extended amount of time!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, beds very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, the whole place was nicely furnished. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard in the evenings. Nice quiet, family neighborhood. Great location, close to Charleston, the beaches, and Shem Creek. Check in process was easy and the owner was very responsive to questions. Would love to return some day for another stay.

Location! Location! Location! While not in downtown Charleston, this location is still ideal! Mt. Pleasant is adorable, convenient, and offers excellent shopping…..coffee, groceries, shopping, restaurants…..all while MINUTES from downtown! The hosts were wonderful and helped us with a minor issue within minutes of contacting them. We will definitely be back to this exact property for another amazing weekend of shopping, eating, and hanging out in this quiet, comfortable home!
