Our beautiful Cape house has everything a family wants. Outdoor living with fire pit, shower, television, fridge and grill. Bonus basement room. Private boat launch 2/10ths of a mile at end of street. Public beach 1.5 miles. Restaurants, grocery and package store within a mi!e. Mashpee Commons is 4.5 miles and downtown Falmouth is 5 miles away. Enjoy beautiful Waquoit Bay and Washburn Island. Bring your boat, drop it at the bottom of the street, no need to wait! Be at Martha's Vineyard for lunch in 45 minutes with no bother. A true Cape pleasure in your backyard
