Charming Cape style cottage located in Harbor Village on the Hyannis Port border. Unwind after a day of exploring historic Main Street in Hyannis, or the nearby islands of Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, or roaming local beaches, with a memorable stay at Harbor Village Cape Cod, right by the scenic Atlantic shore.

This cottage sleeps 6. Master bedroom with queen bed. Second bedroom with two twin beds, plus two twin beds in the loft. This cottage is advertised as a 2BR because the third bedroom in the loft is only accessible by ladder from the 1st floor of the cottage. For safety purposes, only adults or children 13 years of age or older should climb the ladder to the loft.

Open floor plan with living room, dining area & updated kitchen. Dishwasher, washer-dryer, AC, Heat, TV, Wi Fi. New bath with tub and shower. Gas grill. Enclosed outdoor shower. Free Parking for 2 cars. There is a large sunny front deck with beautiful ocean breeze and great ocean views of Nantucket Sound. From your deck you can watch the ferries traveling back and forth from the islands to Hyannis Harbor. There is another deck in the rear of the cottage, with a gas grill.

This cottage is steps away from Harbor Village's sandy private footpath along a tidal estuary to Ocean Avenue Beach and Keyes Beach on Nantucket Sound. A 3-minute stroll. A third beach, Hyannis Port Beach, is 200 yards from the entrance to Harbor Village. Set up your own beachhead to sun, picnic or watch the sailors on Nantucket Sound. The summer water temperature on the Sound averages 70 degrees.

This is a privately owned cottage in Harbor Village, which has onsite management, linen service, and beach chairs. Cottage rents Saturday to Saturday during the peak season, June 20 to September 6. Two-night minimum stay between May 1 and June 20 (includes Memorial Day weekend), and between September 6 and October 31 (Includes Labor Day weekend and Columbus Day weekend).

Harbor Village is truly a unique one-of-a kind jewel on Cape Cod. It is a quiet, secluded compound of 21 Cape style cottages on a 17-acre private parcel studded with pine trees, and with a private sandy path leading to two ocean beaches. We are located on the south shore of Cape Cod at the edge of Hyannis Port, within walking distance of the Kennedy compound. If you follow of our footpath to the beach, there are also sidewalks on Ocean Ave and Sea Street that go all the way to historic Main Street in Hyannis.

In fact, Harbor Village is the perfect location for your Cape Cod vacation. There is no other place on the Cape that has the quiet solitude of Harbor Village, while also providing the excitement of all of Cape Cod’s attractions nearby. The Cape Cod Melody Tent, and Historic Main Street in downtown Hyannis with shops, restaurants and pubs, are less than a mile away. Take the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard from Hyannis Harbor, one mile from our Harbor Village entrance.

Hyannis is considered to be "The Capital" of Cape Cod. If you stay for a week in any other town on the Cape, you will find yourself driving in Cape traffic to Hyannis nearly every day of your vacation, because Hyannis is where all of the action is, and it has some of the best beaches in Massachusetts.
