We offer the relaxation and informality of "Old Cape Cod" to twenty-first century guests. The property features a community pool, it operates from late June to Labor Day.  Hours and availability vary, depending on pool occupancy, weather and staffing.

The property is family-oriented and offers the perfect relaxation of "Old Cape Cod". Our unique location in a quiet residential Hyannis neighborhood gives our guests a number of distinct advantages. Main Street is only a mile away, with its wide selection of shopping, restaurants, cafes, and night-life.

This 3-Bedroom, 3-Bathroom cottage has lawn space, air-conditioning, a large private deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. Two bedrooms have 2 double beds each and a TV. The third bedroom has a king-size bed with a twin size trundle bed. The fully-equipped kitchen features a gas range, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The comfortable living room and dining area offers plenty of seating. The cottage is non-smoking and does not allow pets. There is a washer and dryer in the cottage. There will be a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig (k-cups will not be provided). The maximum occupancy is 8 guests with a maximum of 6 adults.
