When you come to sea st you are on the beach 24/7. You can sleep up to 8 people in 3 fully furnished bedrooms with all the comforts of home! Water views, air conditioning, convenient to ferries and Main St, Hyannis with plenty of shops, restaurants and entertainment. Newly remodeled living room with LED fireplace and 50" flat screen TV with Roku, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms.6 Beach chairs, , gas grill provided for your use. Salt water swimming pool with pool attendant on premises. Parking for 3 cars and large front yard with deck seating area and picnic table. Located across from Keyes Beach Park. Other amenities include hair dryer, ironing board and iron, blender, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, free wifi, Pack and play and high chair can be provided with notice.beds will be made with clean sheets and blankets. (Please note i do not have a washing machine or a dryer.)You will be provided with 9 sets of towels. Set equals 1 bath towel,1 hand towel,1 wash cloth. Beach towels and blankets are not provided

This place really is as great as all of the reviews say! Mike was so helpful and communicative with all of my questions throughout my stay. The house is also immaculately clean and has the best view of the water from the front porch. I didn't want to leave! I would 1000% recommend this place to anyone and I hope to be back soon!

Wonderful place

Kitchen was stocked with items for preparation of meals. Steps to beach, centrally located to beach hop. We are 62 to 75 its one level ground floor. The salt water pool was great. I can’t say enough positive things about this place And we thank Michael , the place was ideal and clean

Walk to beach

We had coffee on the deck and sauntered to the beach for morning walks. Everyone wanted to pick up food at local restaurants and come back to eat on the deck and enjoy the water views instead of waiting forever at crowded restaurants. Great little place to relax and enjoy some family time.

What else can I say? Mike has been excellent and his house is great and well stocked with everything you need. It is always clean and he is always available if needed and just easy to work with. We will be back again next year and if you are on the fence I suggest you book as you won't be disappointed

Great place by the water

My husband and I staid here with our two boys. It was great for a family with plenty of space and very clean. Being right next to the beach and close to Main Street and attractions with a very short walk was great. I only wish there was laundry :). Otherwise it was perfect.

What a beautiful property! It's so close to the water, restaurants, the ferry, and shopping! The view from the house is absolutely gorgeous, filled with boats, and from the beach, you can see the Kennedy Compound. Everything you could need for the beach (chairs, floats, boogie boards and toys) are there. The Barnstable beach pass provided saves lots of money as you can enjoy many beaches and don't have to pay for parking. We loved Sandy Neck. The porch is very inviting and comfortable. My childhood friends and I go on a "girls trip" every year, and chose Cape Cod as this year's destination. There were six of us, and we never ran out of hot water. The kitchen was well equipped, and the layout of the kitchen/living room allowed for friends to chat as meals were prepared. The kitchen table could actually seat six as there are a couple of kitchen chairs in the three large air conditioned bedrooms.Mike is the best host I've ever dealt with! Every time he was contacted, before and during the vacation, he was responsive, kind, and considerate. We had a little freak glitch with a refrigerator shelf which was handled and he was great about it. Requirements from guests is minimal as he wants your stay to be completely enjoyable. There is no washer and dryer, but bedding and towels are provided, which is a bonus. My friends and I highly recommend staying at Mike and Mary's home.

Great property on the cape

The property was just as covered on the site. Three good sized bedrooms with plenty of room for 4 adults. Great view from the living room window and the porch. Easy access to the beach and close to restaurants in Hyannis. Everything was clean and well organized. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking, but it looked like it had what you'd need. For my fellow coffee drinkers, there is both a Keurig and a small drip coffee maker. Definitely a great place to stay on a visit to the cape.

The Beach Side Cape Condo

The condo was perfectly situated close to a beautiful beach and very close to most everything! Instead of 5 ladies we had 3 and the size was perfect for us, more might have been a little crowded. The only thing lacking as it had plenty of beds and towels was basic toiletries in the bath, especially like soap in the baths. Oh also—-hot pads in the kitchen! We love staying there and enjoyed the lovely front porch in the evening!

I can't say enough about this wonderful home. This was our second time staying here and we cant wait to return next summer. The house is immaculate and supplied with everything you need for vacation including beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen items, board games, grill & bottled water. The location is perfect; steps from the beach with an ocean view from the front porch and just a short walk or drive to town. We spent most of our time on the beach and the front porch. We also enjoyed shopping and dinner in Hyannis. Mike is a wonderful host & his communication was excellent. He is warm & friendly and truly wants his quests to enjoy their stay. Thank you Mike for opening your home to us!

So clean, well maintained and so convenient

Truly enjoyed our stay here. We flew into Logan from Texas and we’re on the beach 2 hours later. Our teens loved being able to walk down the hill to the beach and then stroll into town for lunch and shopping. It’s an ocean so there is seaweed along the beach but the best way to enjoy the water was to walk out to the sand bar to play in the waves on the silky soft sand. The beach was very quiet and the lifeguards had some great tips on where to eat, the best ice cream and miniature golf courses. After coffee on the porch, my husband and I took morning walks enjoying the water views and quintessential cape cod homes. Mike was so easy to work with and helpful. Everything we needed was easily accessible and the house very well equipped. The ferry to Martha’s Vineyard is minutes away and it was easy to beach hop from this location. Thank you Mike for a great week. We will be back

Family Vacation

My family had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. Every room is in pristine condition and tastefully decorated. The beds are comfortable, and the location is supurb! The view of the ocean from the front porch is lovely, and the beach is just a short stroll away. There are great restaurants nearby, but the well-appointed kitchen and outdoor grill also provide options for dining in. Although our stay was short, our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fantastic VRBO property! We will definitely pick this property for our next visit to Cape Cod!

Perfect location
