Picturesque Pond Front Property - The Beach Glass Cottage

Come stay at the Beach Glass Cottage! A pristine pond front, completely renovated and tastefully decorated, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage in the heart of Hyannis. Truly the perfect get-a-way for family and friends. The Beach Glass Cottage is tucked away from the action, but within walking distance to Main Street Hyannis, which features eclectic shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream with mini golf and the Cape Cod Melody Tent is a short walk from the cottage as well.

This delightful cottage features 3 large bedrooms, 2 full completely renovated baths, and an open concept new kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Both queen bedrooms feature brand new Tuft & Needle, top of the line memory foam mattresses with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets to ensure an amazing night sleep. The formal dining room with a large table that seats 6, leads to a sizable living room with a wall mount flat screen TV above the fireplace. There's a large sectional couch that offers plenty of comfortable seating and sliders that open to a large deck overlooking the pond. A quaint sunroom sits in the center of the house with wicker chairs and a down-feather love seat, perfect for reading or enjoying morning coffee -- this bright and cheerful room will surely be the spot to gather after a busy day. There is also a large side yard with horseshoe pit, bocce, and badminton. A circle of chairs around the fire pit down by the pond completes the outdoor scene. Unfortunately, we don't allow any parties, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette, birthdays, showers, graduation, or pets.

Ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard are a short hop from Main Street. Popular Craigville Beach and Keyes Memorial Beach are 1.5 mile away, beach sticker included (for free parking)! See a free baseball game featuring the Cape League, almost every night of the week in various towns. The Dennis Playhouse and Cotuit Center for the arts produce broadway caliber shows all summer long. You absolutely cannot leave the cape without a whale watch expedition out of Barnstable Harbor or Provincetown. Guaranteed to see lots of whales!

Hope you had a great stay at our cottage. Trash goes in the barrel across the street. You may also park there as there is no street parking.
Leave beach pass hanging on the hooks in the kitchen. Leave used towels in the laundry basket in the single bedroom closet. Don’t forget all electronics ( chargers etc)

We had a wonderful six night stay at the beautiful, immaculate, tastefully decorated Beach Glass Cottage. Our hosts were fantastic - very responsive and very helpful. The house had the perfect layout for our family of five, really great amenities, and the views were phenomenal. The location was top notch for exploring the Cape. Relaxing winter getaway

Our stay was perfect! We loved the location. This was our first getaway since our baby was born in October. We were looking for a quiet place to relax for a few days with my visiting mom and sister. The kitchen had all the tools you need to cook a nice meal, there were lots of games, and the location was close to town and to some nice beaches.

Most Charming Rental Property!

We loved everything from start to finish with this rental. It was exactly as the photos portrayed and possibly better! We had the privilege of enjoying the baby geese who came through the yard each day from the comfortable porch. This rental has everything you’re looking for and is so centrally located. I would def stay again if ever back in Cape Cod.

75 and over Cousins’ Spring Break

We enjoyed this stunning cottage so much last year that we booked it for this year too. Everything was on one floor…no stairs to climb. It was very tastefully furnished and decorated. Anything we needed for coffee and tea and to cook were there. It was perfect!

Amazing views from the back deck of Fawcett's pond with cooling summer breezes off the pond everyday. Fantastic wildlife and birds right in the heart of Hyannis! One of a kind property with a huge private yard including a fire pit and horse shoes, badminton and volleyball. Listen to the music from the Melody Tent in the evenings.
