Family-friendly townhouse on Cape Cod with private beach, heated pool, and private roof-deck. 46 by the Sea has ocean views from its roof-deck, which overlooks conservation land and is very quiet. It's a spacious, multi-level townhouse with 1552 sq ft.

Central AC throughout this newly renovated spacious 3- level condo.
Fully equipment kitchen, breakfast island, peninsula with seating for 4 and dining area with additional seating for 6. Living room has high ceiling an beautiful picture window overlooking the beach grass.
3 bedrooms with 3 full baths, 2 of the 3 bedrooms are en suite. Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Free WIFI, smart TV, computer monitor, and desk if you need to work while away from home. We do have one designated parking space. .

I'm happy to help you feel comfortable that our condo is the right fit for your family vacation. I have a family myself and I know the stress of finding the "perfect" place.
Our condo has both bath and pool towels as well as bed linens. We have an outdoor grill, 4 beach chairs, and one beach umbrella.


46 by the Sea is ideally situated near Hyannis Main St. shops and within walking distance from the Hy-Line Cruises and iconic restaurants, such as the Black Cat Tavern and Spanky's Clam Shack.

If you're looking for accommodations for a multi-family vacation on the Cape, look no further. For additional accommodations, you and your guests can also stay at 43 by the Sea which is approximately 15 yards across from 46 by the Sea. These two units are similar but unique family-friendly townhouses. You can stay either at 43 by the Sea or 46 by the Sea for an exciting getaway from everyday life!

Best place we’ve stayed in the cape so far!

An absolute gem! Super convenient location to shopping, dining, attractions and super close to the beach which is convenient for not having to pack kids into a car everyday just to go to a beach! The home has everything we needed and things we wouldn’t have thought about. The pool was great to to give a change of pace from the beach if you need that. Definitely would recommend!

My husband and I purchased 46 by the Sea because we loved the location. We think it's a perfect spot for our family. We have 5 children and while a couple of them love the beach and sand, the others prefer jumping and swimming in a warm pool. Due to our busy schedule, our time in the Cape is limited; therefore, we rent 46 by the Sea so others can enjoy it.
