A fabulous property and location!

My family and I had the best time at this property. The place was bright and clean. The location was just perfect. Great for walks on the beach, views of the boats and close to the best seafood you will get! We would love to stay again!

Beautifully decorated house equipped with everything we needed. We love to cook at home and the kitchen was well stocked. Loved the close proximity to Veteran's Beach, the ferry & downtown. Made vacationing with young children a breeze.

Great Location for Family Vacation

The layout of the home was perfect for 2 couples, a teenager and an infant. Clean and all the supplies we needed were there when we arrived. Property management was very helpful. Easily walkable to beach, pool, harbor and town!

Location! Location! Location!

I rented the condo for myself, my husband, and my son's family (him, his wife, and a 1 and 5 year old). The space was perfect for all of us. We loved being able to walk to the complexes private beach and having a large on-site pool. The location in Hyannis was perfect. The complex is adjacent to a beautiful public beach with a playscape for children, the ferry, and plenty of restaurants. Downtown Hyannis is a short walk, bike ride, or drive from the condo. We've stayed in several other areas of the Cape and this was our favorite. The only issue is the lack of parking if you have guests visiting (my daughter and her family were close by) because there's only 2 parking spaces. This may be no issue for most people. We would love to return next year!
