Enjoy the beautiful view as you walk 0.1 mile to a private beach from the comfort of this year round 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach house, with a huge patio and an outdoor shower. Walk back and forth from the beach at your leisure. This property is a beautiful home away from home with a beautiful open, inviting floor plan and comfortable bedding.

The Master bedroom has a queen bed, with a large dresser and storage drawers under the bed. The Second bedroom has 2 beds. The first bed is a full bed that sleeps 2, the top bed sleeps 1, and the other is a full bed. We also have the most comfortable sofa with chaise lounge in the living area.

We enjoy cooking at our home and so will you. We have everything you could possibly need to entertain family and friends! Enjoy the large outdoor patio and extra space in the She-Shed. This property is a MUST STAY all year round!

Wonderful Stay

The stay was amazing. The house was perfect. We had a friend with us who is disabled and the whole place worked well for him. Such a quiet charming place. We had amazing weather, and the outside patio was a perfect place to sit and relax. The location was wonderful and easy access to wherever we wanted to do. We are already hoping and planning to come back.

Everything about this property was wonderful. The only regret we have is that we didn't plan to stay longer. Even in the off-season there was plenty to do and see in the area.

Memorial Day long weekend

This was our second year of coming for a long Memorial Day weekend and we will be back. The weather was perfect and the location is amazing. The cottage is adorable and so clean and the host is wonderful! Don’t miss out on this gem❤️

Didn't want to leave

Is it possible to miss a place before you leave? Mid-way through our short stay, I was already thinking I would miss this place when we left. This cute little cottage had everything we needed -- it was immaculately clean, so beautifully designed, quiet, and just cozy! The beach was a short walk down the street and was great for beach combing. The patio was amazing for entertaining a few friends and just a great place to hang out on sunny days. Also, downtown Main Street was just a short drive away. Linda was extremely responsive and accommodating but during our stay, we didn't need to contact her because everything was perfect! We've stayed at over 15 rental properties so far and this one tops the list! Thank you, Linda!

The perfect Cape Cod getaway

We had such a lovely time at this house. From the very first impression of the house, pulling into the driveway to see beautifully landscaped garden patio (and then stepping into perfect air conditioning on the very hot day we arrived), we were beyond pleased. The photos on the site don't do it justice - it is beautifully decorated, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. I strongly recommend taking Linda up on her offer to provide linens at a slightly higher cost - the sheets and towels she provided were plush, high quality and plentiful. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is one block away from a little private beach that is situated on Lewis Bay - not a beach for body surfing or beach volleyball, but a great beach for young kids to swim in shallow calm water, play in the sand, and collect shells and rocks (and a great place for their parents to relax instead of watching them like a hawk to make sure they don't stray into a riptide or steep dropoff like at other beaches). The neighborhood is very walkable, and it's right next to Hyannis so there is plenty to do and see and eat and watch. We loved this house and will be back as long as Linda will have us!

The cottage is fabulous, well maintained. The keyless lock is such a great touch. The owner thought of everything from beach chairs to towels and everything in between. The 4 of us fit comfortably and our sons are 19 and 21. The kitchen is well equipped with pots pans etc. Outside is wonderful with a nice patio and landscaping. Outdoor shower is helpful. We visited several beaches so you should explore them, Bayview is a short walk and Craigsville was worth the drive. Ferries are close by and many things to do in Hyannis a few minutes away. Nantucket has a shuttle to get you around the island. Whale watching take Hyannis Whale Watcher as they do a great job getting you to see a whale. Cape Cod Creamery is a must!! Upside down escape rooms are challenging some of the best we have seen.

A cute cottage in Hyannis

Spent Memorial Day weekend there, and despite the weather, we had a wonderful time. The cottage is just the right size. Great open concept with masterful kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with cozy gas fireplace. We would have loved to have spent more time on the patio, but rain and cool weather made that difficult. The cottage is convenient to everything in Hyannis, but is a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle, yet less than 200 yards to a neighborhood beach.

Annual Friends Trip

This cottage was perfect for our needs! Great location, host provided a thorough list of activities and eateries, and communication with the host was top notch. Even the Nor’Easter couldn’t make us feel sad since we had such lovely accommodations to hunker down in. Highly recommend this property!

Anniverysary Getaway

We had a great time at this beautiful house. We were two couples celebrating our wedding anniversaries. The house was extremely clean, organized and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed and more. It is in a perfect location which made it easy to travel to other towns. We especially loved the welcome letter and owner recommendations with every detail that you needed to know.Linda is an outstanding host and very quick to respond to your questions or concerns. Great place and very comfortable. The weather wasn’t the greatest, but didn’t stop us from having a great time. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return at a future date. Highly recommend.

This is my family's dream home. We fell in love with it from the moment we saw it. We love the close proximity and privacy of Lewis Bay, it's literally steps away. We love the fine dining options, the shopping and all of the activities the Cape has to offer.

Why they chose this property

This property is steps from a private beach. Bayview beach is in walking distance too. It's extremely close to the marina with ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. In fact, you can see the ferries go back and forth from the beach. It is within walking distance to 2 restaurants, it's a little more than a mile to downtown Hyannis. It's an absolutely beautiful location. It feels as though you stepped into your very own postcard.

What makes this property unique

Aside from being close to the beach, this home is equipped with every appliance you can imagine, it has a large patio with a picnic table for outdoor dining, it has beach toys and beach chairs, two full sized bathrooms and an outside shower. This home is a year round property with both heating and central a/c. This house provides everything for a relaxing and convenient getaway.
