Welcome! Enjoy your stay at our spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath open floor plan home. Fully equipped modern kitchen, with dishwasher. Large open living and dining room area with sliding doors going out to a large outdoor deck, gas grill, fenced in backyard, garage, and driveway. Master bedroom is one Queen sized bed and TV, second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a pull out Queen sleeper couch in the living room. All furniture is brand new recently purchased. Washer and dryer are located in basement. Central A/C, WiFi, TV in living room. Newly renovated bathroom with large walk in shower, also there is an outdoor shower. Property is a short drive to Hyannis Center, Restaurants, Shopping, Ferries to Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket, Kennedy Memorial, and Beaches.

Perfect location!

A wonderful, centrally located house, perfect for the family. The beach, main st, golf course and shopping center were all less than 10 minutes away. The included beach pass was a nice perk and the outdoor shower was a hit with the whole family.

Wonderful home

We really enjoyed our stay in Brian and Lisa’s home. The home is beautifully decorated and very clean! Beautiful private back yard with a large deck. We will definitely plan to rent again!!

A Great Experience

This Home perfectly met our needs for a family Holiday. The House was immaculate and the kitchen was well equipped. We also enjoyed the fenced in back yard. Additionally, it is in a great location, with several great restaurant choices near by. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hosts and home

This house was so adorable, comfortable, clean and good location. The beach is only 1.5 miles, Craigsville Beach which was clean, good bathrooms, changing rooms and outside showers. Only negative thing was the parking cost, 1 hour or 8 hours was the same fee. Definitely would rent this house again.

Wonderful Cape House

This house is adorable! Very clean, very comfortable! We enjoyed the space, the oversized deck and outdoor shower. Quiet family friendly neighborhood. Quick drive/Uber to local beaches and down town Hyannis. The owner is very easy to communicate with and check in/out was a breeze! We will definitely be going back!

Great Stay in the Cape

Perfect place to enjoy the Cape with family. Spacious living area that’s open concept. Great deck which leads to a large private backyard and includes a grill and outdoor shower. Bedrooms were cozy and perfect for a small family. Excellent host who kept the house stocked with everything you could think of. Location couldn’t have been better- 3-5 minutes from several beaches and Main Street Hyannis. Can’t wait to visit again!

Family Vaca

This was our family's second time in this beautiful, clean home. The house is so convenient for our family ages 13, 5, 18months. The kitchen was equipped with the pots, pans and utensils for cooking, the backyard is fenced in, and the house is located close to the beach, and shops. The communication is wonderful with Lisa, she was in contact with me the day before, and day of arrival. We would love to stay here again.

Wedding Week

This property was the perfect place to stay for the week of our sons beach wedding. Close to so much and a perfect mid point for all of our venues. An easy drive to the beach, shopping and downtown. We even had to go to the hospital which was a quick drive. Lisa is a great host working with us and answering my so many questions. The house was clean, had great hot water, washer/dryer and very cozy. We relaxed on the deck and enjoyed visiting with company. I would recommend this home for your rental needs! Thank you Lisa

Perfect location

The home had a homey feel that my family and I enjoyed and felt comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. The property manager was so welcoming and friendly and gave great suggestions. We definitely would love to go back and enjoy the summer weather and beaches.
