Charming Point Sebago Resort Home - Booking for 2024 & 2025!

Ideal for entertaining 4-season getaway for friends or family! Well-maintained, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, with queen size sofa bed home is located within the 775 acre Point Sebago Resort.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, large closet and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 - twin beds, closet and a half bathroom.
The living area includes a large sleep sectional sofa with bookend chaises, as well as a 55" flat-screen SmartTV. The dining area includes a table that seats 6, a breakfast nook that seats 4 and the bar seats 3 in the furnished kitchen.
Stacked washer/dryer are available in the laundry room. The outdoor deck has a table for 6. The fire pit out back fits 8 comfortably for making s'mores, telling tall fish tales or scary campfire stories. Golf Cart available for rent upon request. (Additional fee)

Just perfect!!

This house was exactly as pictured and simply perfect for us. We have been going to Point Sebago for years and are extremely excited to have found a house that we look forward to returning to. Joe was extremely friendly and responsive, the kitchen had everything you could ever need, all just a few minutes from the lakefront. We cannot wait til next year!!

Great week with extended family

We had a big family get together and all rented different houses and got together every day on the beach . There was so much to do for the kids and adults . We had a great time ♥️
