Beautiful and charming describes this tranquil and peaceful ocean front cottage.
It sits on the 1st level, beach front, of a private estate home on over 3/4 acres of manicured lawn to the ocean. A view from every room!

Fall asleep to the sound the ocean waves and wake to the beautiful sunrises. Enjoy the refreshing trade winds as you lounge on your private deck.
Play volleyball on your private volley ball court. Gather around the huge lava rock fire pit.
In the evening, share the days adventures relaxing on your private lanai.
Showering in the outdoor shower with hot and cold water is a refreshing experience after a swim in the warm blue Hawaiian waters.

One bedroom with comfy King memory foam mattress. Stepping down three steps to the living room and kitchen. It is a full Kitchen with all new appliances and quartz counter tops.
The living room has a queen sofa bed and two twin beds. Cable, Smart TV and Netflix. There are two sliding glass doors that open to a private spacious deck. The deck has table and chair dining for 4
The deck also has a love seat and chairs
Located in an uncrowded piece of paradise on the North Shore of Oahu.
It is great for swimming, snorkeling, surfing , kite boarding boogie boarding, fishing and kayaking.
Luxurious linens and pillows provided. Ice chest and beach chairs provided
Beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and surf boards and paddle boards provided. There are kayaks for the adventurous.

Two Championship golf courses 5 minutes away at Turtle Bay
Arnold Palmer and Tom Fazzio Golf Courses, Also the local Kahuku Golf Course.

Beautiful location!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. It was stocked with almost anything you would need, and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the semi-private beach that is just a few steps away. Linda, the host, was so nice and helpful. We will definitely book this property again next time we visit Oahu!

Wonderful beach front with all the amenities

We had an amazing 3 night stay! The beach was beautiful and almost empty. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and had an wonderful view. The kitchen had all the amenities needed to feel like home. Fabulous host, and such a relaxing stay!

Breathtaking!

Enjoyed very much especially after finding our way around the area. Cottage was very clean and just a few easy steps from the pretty private beach. Kayaking to the island was very cool! Would love to come back some day!

Family base camp to adventures and quiet beach

Zip lining, Turtle Bay, ATV at Jurassic Park, Snorkeling, Ted’s Bakery, Polynesian Cultural Center all just a lava rock throw away. Immaculate, cozy, well equipped, beach front and beautiful sunrises. What more could you ask for?

Amazing stays/getaways for family

First of all, thank you Linda for being a generous host!! My family and I had a relaxing, wonderful stay at this cottage. The property provided us everything (except foods) for the stay. The big highlights for this property are the view, the walk, and the quick access to the beach.

Paradise!

The three of us had a wonderful stay in Linda's cottage. The beach is just steps away and beautiful! Linda and her family are the most gracious hosts and provided everything we needed for a fun week. Linda recommended Surf-N-Salsa on the North Shore to us and they served awesome homemade Mexican food! Thank you Linda for sharing your small piece of paradise with us.

Ocean front access and view

Beautiful property, private Beach, little windy on the east side of the beach, view and access to the beach were spectacular. Relaxing oceanside location

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay and wished we had an extra 2 or 3 nights more. The location, beach, and facilities were excellent. Linda was very gracious and helpful with local information. The main question is, would we stay there again? Answer: in a heart beat, 100% ! Mahalo Linda

Absolute serene paradise

This home was perfect in every way- beautiful, views of the ocean from every angle, quiet/serene location, private beach. Close to all the great food trucks. Short drive to the Polynesian cultural center and north shore. Linda and her son were such pleasant and accommodating hosts. Everything you need is here to make you feel comfortable. Would love to come back.

Pre-Christmas 2023

We spent several days at this property en route to Australia from the US. The property was tastefully decorated, modern, and clean. The major attraction, though, is the excellent location with direct access to a secluded beach. The weather was not the greatest during our stay, which was unusual apparently, but with the beach access, nobody cared, and we had a great time. Last, GO BLUE!

Beautiful place

We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. The apartment is just beautifully decorated and has wonderful amenities - everything you would want. Linda even included detergent for the washer (and there is a dryer). There is also shampoo, soap etc. The beach is stunning and largely empty. Linda was very kind and showed us around, including where to swim. The beds were very comfortable. I can't say enough about how beautiful this place is. Dealing with LInda was a great pleasure. I highly recommend you stay here.

A Slice of Heaven

This is such a special property. A week stay was not long enough. Linda and her family are wonderful hosts. We had everything we needed. The kids had a blast playing volleyball and swimming in the ocean. We had many adventures planned during the day around the island. This beauty of a property was wonderful to come home to after a long day of exploring the island. In addition, it was the perfect place to enjoy the beach and ocean on our days with nothing planned. Overall, so happy we booked this property. We could not be more thankful!

This is a beautiful apartment in a beautiful setting. There was some confusion checking in because our flight was delayed, but after that initial stumble, everything went smoothly. The apartment had everything we needed, including a full-sized, indoor, washer and dryer. The setting is beautiful, right on the beach. The beach itself is practically private. You can walk for miles without seeing another person. The bed was comfortable. Everything worked properly. It was a very relaxing end to our Hawaii visit.

A piece of paradise

Words cannot express enough how we feel about Linda and Ivan's private paradise but I'll give it try... Location? Perfect! It is quiet and the private beach is several footsteps away from the front porch allowing you to hear the waves by simply opening the sliding doors/windows. Honolulu is only 55 minutes away; Haleiwa is only 40 minutes away; Giovanni's Shrimp Shack and Turtle Bay just minutes away. Home? Perfect! Linda has thought of everything! This is our fist stay at a VRBO where we truly felt like the owners were sharing their lifestyle with us. Pets? Perfect! Lonnie and Muffin were a welcome surprise after missing our pup. They are friendly, playful and love the beach! There are also roosters to wake you up each morning, peacocks, chickens and a adorable duck. Host? Perfect! Linda is wonderful. We looked forward to running into her on our way out/in each day. We cannot wait to return again in a couple years.

The best honeymoon!

Linda and her family were absolutely kind and amazing! The property is exactly as listed online with all the amenities you will ever need. The beach is literally a few steps away. The seclusion was perfect for me and my husband and the location was just minutes to the north shore food trucks and Foodland. Thank you, Linda, for your hospitality!
