Great Economy Complex on the Beach w/Gulf View from window, first floor.

Welcome to Sunrise Village 109!

Construction Update: Repair work is ongoing at the south end of complex. You may notice some noise (8am-5pm weekdays), scaffolding, and equipment on-site. Little to no disruption at this condo. Beach access remains open, and the pool is available. The most disruptive portions of the project have already been completed. Please feel free to call or email us for the latest updates before booking.

Enjoy the Gulf Sunsets from the beach at this Beachfront Complex! Recently redecorated gulf side/view unit. New sleeper sofa (Apr'21). Keurig single cup coffee maker.

Both bedrooms have premium 3" mattress toppers that were recently added for ultimate comfort & relaxation.

This two bedroom, one bath unit sleeps six with sleeper sofa in living room. Recently updated appliances including NEW washer/dryer, microwave and ice maker. 3 Flat Screen TVs, including a 32" Smart TV on wall in living room, and a 32" Smart TV in Bedroom 1 for NETFLIX, HULU, etc on guest's own accounts. 1 DVD. FREE Wireless Internet.

Approx Area: 600 Sq Ft.

Condo is close to town, only 2.0 miles west of Hwy 59, directly on the beach. Small, private & heated pool area just across from this condo too.

Parking for two cars directly under this first floor condo. No private balcony, but large breezeway for seating, just steps from the white sand beach.

Convenience store Waves Beach mart, The Beach House Kitchen, Island Ice Cream, and S & S Seafood Market conveniently located across the street, everything you need is within reach

Common/public deck areas for viewing. Grilling area also (no grills provided). Non-Smoking Unit. Oversize vehicles will not fit in the parking spot. No trailers, high top vans, boats, etc are allowed on the premises. Vans with roof racks or taller vehicles with roof racks will need to have racks removed to fit in parking spaces.

**New non smoking rules:

There will be a designated smoking area on the north side of the dumpster enclosure (NOT inside the enclosure). We are working to make this area appealing to the eye and sheltered to provide as dry as possible for guests who are smokers, it will also have a butt dispenser. We are hoping that this will be inviting to our guests who are smokers and will create a comfortable area to do so without disrupting our other guests.

All common elements are NON-SMOKING, this is outlined as the following: all land that is owned by Sunrise Village, walkways (decks, terraces, however you describe it in your booking), stairs and stairwells, parking area, driveway, and private balconies.

In the instance that someone is smoking outside the designated smoking area we have produced a 3-strike policy:
1st offence - warning, and letting the guest know where the designated smoking area is as well as letting the guest know that if a 2nd offence occurs, there will be a fine.
2nd offence - $50 fine to the guest
3rd offence - eviction with no refund

Gulf Shores Lion Fish

Overall it was a great place. The rooms were small, but it was perfect for my son and I. We had a great time making memories and would stay here again. The only downside, you are right next to the road, so at times, the traffic noise can be a little loud.

Close to Beach

This property is definitely dated buttttt it is clean and everything worked. Water pressure is AWESOME in the shower. If you are wanting a base camp to return to in the evenings while you explore the Beach and everything that Gulf Shores has to offer then this is your place. Close to town but far enough away to feel a little secluded. This is our second time we have stayed at this location and it does exactly what we want at an affordable price.

On the beach

We enjoyed being close to the beach. The unit was a perfect size and very clean. If you do not mind chipped dishes and peeling paint, it is pretty comfortable. Outside noise was a concern for me. Garbage being picked up outside our door at 5 am twice a week.

109 has Outdated furnishings

Ceiling fans were noisey and wobbly and one even stopped working while we slept. Terrible mattress in one of the bedrooms. Bedroom furniture was outdated and covered with wall paper. The 109 condo needs to be updated.

After renting for 3 years at Sunrise Village, I have to say that I think the owners of any of the rentals should spend a little money for bed upgrades. Most uncomfortable beds, ever. Upon arrival, I could hardly get the key to work at first and thought that we were given the wrong keys, only to discover that the door knob is loose and needs to be held steady so that you can unlock the door. We rent late in October for peace and quiet, but the neighbors were there to party. I know that there are several property managers so not sure what can be done with people who don't rent from the same company. It was just aggravating. Other than that- I truly love the beach area and the little Condo was nicely kept.

it’s was a good place to stay the pool wasn’t big but it worked. the room was good just wasn’t clean good before we got there. someone had left a shoe under one of the tv stands and they was food left u see it so they didn’t sweep..but over all it was a good place to stay..

Good location, shorter walk to a much less crowded beach

The unit is old and small, but works if your goal is to be at the beach all day. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach. The a/c, washer, dryer and appliances work. The bathroom is tiny but good water pressure. If you are wanting to sit on a balcony and watch the ocean from your beautiful beach condo, this is not the place to go. It’s good for sleeping, showering, and has a little kitchenette with a small to almost full sized refrigerator. We went with multiple families who stayed at condos in Orange beach and two miles up the strip. This condo was smaller and older, however, had the best beach of all the locations.

Little butt on the beach

I say little butt because you better have a little butt to fit on this toilet in this small small bathroom they've got the toilet turned sideways all smoking has to be done by a stinky dumpster. Small is the theme here including the public pool although it is nice if you get it alone, you have to make a slightly longer walk down the beach to set up any canopies due to apparently some lawn chair company has rights even right in front of condo. Convenience store and ice cream and restaurant right across the street, which you will need considering the ice maker doesn't work. It's not bad just not great considering after you pay verbo and cleaning fee it's a little high

Property was not clean and condo is old and outdated floors were dirty, our feet were black from walking on it. I swept it when I got there but it had not been mopped. AC does not work good. Location Was good but will not stay in condo again. Check in and communication was not good. Office manger was rude.

4th of July week, 2021

Age is showing, could use a refreshing. Issue for us that the washing machine was not working. Could use some grout work, especially around the tub, At first look it appeared to be dirt, but was the grout coming out. There was a leak in the pipes of the bathroom sink, one of the guests repaired it, but without proper tools was probably a temporary fix. The lock does not work properly, while in a locked position your could turn the know and it would retract the latch. The deadlock worked ok, so security wasn't an issue. The lock needs to be replaced,, the deadlatch came out of the lock, so there is an internal issue.
