The second floor open loft, which overlooks the 1st floor kitchen dining area and beautiful South Harbour, includes a TV / reading area and sleeping area with two single beds. Exterior space includes multiple decks (6), a separate screen house (right next to the water), staircase between decks and private water beach area. There is also a separate laundry and recycling centre and a small storage building housing firewood, paper, etc. Throughout one enjoys views of the water and mountains.
There is a wood stove with glass door for chilly evenings and an outside open fire pit.
Fabulous beaches, hiking trails, kayak and bike rental facilities, restaurants, grocery stores, and other community facilities including pharmacy and medical centre are all within a few minutes reach from your quiet lightly populated scenic location.
Multiple stairways, decks and loft area make this location unsuitable for children.
Along with your private lot, you share with the cottage owners an adjacent 17 acre property that has over 1800 feet of shoreline, walking roadway and trails. You have shared use of owner's kayaks and canoe.
