You can launch your watersports adventure right from the beach. The ocean is 3 lots away and just a short walk across Rt 12. Parking areas for the oceanside beach and Sandy Bay soundside launch are less than a mile away. Off-Road beach access is available at ORV ramp 48-49 just about a mile up the road. After a day at the beach, enjoy an amazing panoramic view of Pamlico Sound and the Atlantic Ocean from two levels of wrap-around decks or the 6-person hot tub. The ground level game room has a foosball table, TV, movies, games, full size refrigerator, microwave and high-speed internet access perfect for your in-house surfers. Two lower level bedrooms each have a pyramid bunk and share a full bath. The middle level has three queen bedrooms and a king master suite with private bath. The top floor boasts another king master suite with private bath. The great room offers vaulted ceilings, 42” Smart TV, DVD, large dining table, full kitchen with a wet bar. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
