Apartment is located on the beautiful beach of Balestrate, just a few steps from the village and the sea, in the middle of the Gulf of Castellammare. Very comfortable apartment that can accommodate 4 or 5 people and are all equipped with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and a large veranda, all comfortably furnished, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, Wifi.

A noter en tout premier lieu : la qualité de l'accueil du propriétaire et de sa famille : disponibles, attentifs et généreux, ils ont pris le temps de répondre à nos questions sur leur région. Nous conserverons de ce fait un excellent souvenir de notre séjour de 5 jours en juin 2019. Ambiance familiale y compris au restaurant à côté : très bonne cuisine et personnel très sympathique. Appartement spacieux et très propre, bonne literie, salle de bains ok, grande terrasse, parasol. Un autre plus : le parking. Espaces verts et jeux pour enfants, proximité de la plage. Bien situé, à proximité de Palerme, de l'aéroport, des charmantes villes qui longent le golfe de Castellammare del Golfo, des sites d'Erice, Segeste...

Sehr schöne Wohnung und ein toller Vermieter

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung war sauber, funktional eingerichtet und mit Liebe zum Detail möbiliert. Die Terasse ist schön groß. Innocenzo Barone und seine Familie hat sich super gekümmert. Fahrräder, Strandliegen und Sonnenschirm waren inklusive. Ebenso hatten wir einen Sonnenschirm und zwei Strandstühle für Besuche an weiter gelegenen Strände in der Wohnung. Unser Auto war sicher im Hof abgestellt und die Möglichkeit felxibel ein und auszuchecken war perfekt für uns. Balestrate ist ein kleiner Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Retaurants und Cafe´s zum verweilen. Wir hatte eine tolle Zeit. Vielen Dank dafür :-)

Bien situado perfecto para explorar Palermo, Erice, Segesta, Scopello, Castellamare etc. y cerca del aeropuerto. Lugar tranquilo frente a la playa, dispone de la pizzería Squalo. Apartamento amplio y confortable. Cálido recibimiento del propietario. Muy recomendable, para repetir.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Prachtige omgeving en een zeer vriendelijke, behulpzame eigenaar! Royaal appartement van alle gemakken voorzien en voor de deur een prachtig strand! Auto wel aanbevolen, loopafstand tot centrum te ver.
