Two Story all brick single family home located in West Lake subdivision in Martinez. Convenient to Washington Road, I-20, and Bobby Jones Expressway. Home is approximately 3000 square feet. Hardwood floors throughout the first floor. All four bedrooms and full bathrooms are upstairs, with a half bath downstairs. West Lake is a gated, private golf course community, however they are open to guests for dining and golf during Masters week.
