Cabin for rent near Leech Lake

Cabin is located 5 blocks from lake access. Cabin is fully modern and sleeps up to 8. Two bedrooms have full size beds, the third bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a full size sofa bed.

2025 New Base Rate: $70.00 per night for 1-2 people. Each additional person is $15.00 per night. CHECK IN AFTER 3PM. CHECK OUT BY 11AM.

SORRY - NO PETS

YOU PROVIDE YOUR OWN FOOD, KITCHEN TOWELS AND DISH CLOTHS, BATH TOWELS AND WASH CLOTHS, PERSONAL TOILETRIES, BUG SPRAY, CHARCOAL AND LIGHTER FLUID- if using the charcoal grill.
We provide the following: all bedding, coffee pot with filters, toaster, microwave, kitchen dishes, pots, pans, dish soap, paper towels, liquid hand soap, toilet paper, fire pit with firewood, Wi-Fi, TV with antenna, VCR/DVD combo with many movies, window air conditioner, fans, charcoal grill, tripod, ample parking, outdoor electric hook-ups, security lighting, deck with roof, deck furniture and picnic table. New furnace and standby generator in 2024.

Great fishing and water recreation areas. Short drives to Bemidji, Walker, Longville or Grand Rapids.

Great Location to all the area Lakes

The place is right in the middle of a wide variety of fishing lakes. It is clean - nothing fancy but when it rained all day it was nice to get out of the rain. The owner was pleasant. I would stay again.

Cozy Cabin Retreat

Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself with a step back in time in this charmingly cozy cabin. A northern Minnesota vacation rental that is easy on the pocket book. The fully equipped kitchen and and comfortable furnishings made us feel at home. Enjoy northern Minnesota’s scenery in every direction from this community. We will definitely stay here again to go fishing on Leech, Winnibigosh or Cass Lakes.

Hosts live next door. They are very friendly and will help if you forgot anything or something is missing…which there wasn’t. The place is really fully furnished. A dish rag and food is about all you need to bring.

Enjoyable stay, Gracious hosts

Even though we arrived almost 2 hours before schedule, the hosts allowed us to immediately checkin. The cabin was clean and spacious with 3 bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and pots & pans. The front yard was well groomed and we had a lovely time spending on the porch and yard. It was just 5-10 mins walk from the Federal Dam camping ground, which in itself was a beautiful place. The hosts were very friendly, shared their life stories, neighborhood tidbits and even some fresh tomatoes and cucumbers from their beautiful vegetable garden. Soooo tasty!!! I REALLY cannot even make up an excuse or a negative aspect. Our stay was just fantastic! It was our first VRBO experience and I highly recommend this place!!!

This little cottage was fine for my needs, very close to the boat launch, appliances worked well, tv is over the air only but the reception is fine. My only disappointment was the tiny shower, I’m a big guy so a 30 inch+/- shower is a tight squeeze.

Don and Shirley made our stay so smooth and easy! Coming from out of town my sister in law and I stayed at the cabin with our infants while our husbands camped close by with my older children, so we just needed a place to stay at night! It was absolutely perfect! Close to where we needed to be, super clean and cute! Would definitely go back!

This is a cabin used by many people who like to fish Leech Lake or go to one of the other lakes in the area. It is also used by people who just want to get away from the hustle bustle and enjoy a quieter pace and place. We are lucky to be close to some wonderful tourist hot spots. We want everyone that stays here to be comfortable, enjoy themselves and have a fun time.
