Hi! We are Catherine and Tyler and are so excited to welcome you to Austin! We have lived here for the past 8+ years and absolutely love this city. From authentic BBQ to the a peaceful kayak ride on Lady Bird Lake to a comedy show at Esther's Follies - Austin has something for everyone.
Why they chose this property
The condo location is prime. The space is quiet and neighborhood is safe but you are close to everything. Night life on West 6th street is less than 10 minutes by uber. Enjoy a quiet Saturday morning sipping coffee or spend an afternoon golfing - the course is within walking distance. The lake and lake front restaurants are less than a mile away.
