Charming Diamond villa - 180 ° sea view - 200 m beach and shops

Villa Mitan Bleu is our second home.
It is a charming house of 140 m2, quiet that we are happy to share. It is decorated with care and the atmosphere is refined.
The environment is privileged. The village of Diamant is very popular: the bay and the Morne Larcher are exceptional sites.
The house has a beautiful view of the sea and the Diamond Rock. Everything is accessible on foot: 200 m from the beach and shops.
On the ground floor: 3 bedrooms overlook the 400m2 garden (2 double beds and 3 single beds), WC and bathroom Italian shower and outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
Upstairs: living room - lounge - terrace - fully equipped kitchen - WC).

Nice house in a good location

We recently spent 2 weeks in Mitan Bleu, its a lovely house on the edge of Diamont, and perfect for exploring the island of Martinique. The balcony gives a good view of the Diamont rock, with St Lucia in the distance on a clear day, and the garden offers space for relaxing and enjoying the sun. A short walk into Diamont gives access to supermarket, the covered market, and all the shops you need, along with the long stretch of sand that is Diamont beach.

Un vrai plaisir !

La maison est un vrai plaisir ! La vue sur mer est Ă  couper le souffle et c’est un bonheur d’ouvrir toute la terrasse le matin ! Les chambres sont trĂšs confortables et bien aĂ©rĂ©es, heureusement qu’il y a les moustiquaires ! Nous avions besoin de deux lits bĂ©bĂ©s et la personne qui nous a accueillis a trouvĂ© un lit supplĂ©mentaire sans problĂšme, vraiment merci. La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et l’on sent que l’on est rĂ©ellement accueillis chez quelqu’un et pas un air bnb uniquement louĂ©. Il y a le nĂ©cessaire d’épicerie, la petite enceinte Bluetooth est un vrai plus, merci ! La boulangerie et l’épicerie sont Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied c’est trĂšs pratique. Nous nous Ă©tions juste mal renseignĂ©s sur la plage Ă  proximitĂ© qui n’est pas du tout praticable pour des jeunes enfants, mais le charme de la maison a rĂ©parĂ© notre erreur ! Merci encore.

adresse à retenir pour nos prochaines escapades loin de la Métropole. la vue est exceptionnelle et la maison est trÚs accueillante. elle est décorée avec soin et beaucoup de goût. Pour les propriétaires qui louent leur maison de vacances comme nous, il y a beaucoup d'idées à retenir. le linge de maison est fourni en quantité plus que suffisante et tous les ustensiles sont disponibles. la maison bien ventilée ce qui justifie l'absence de climatisation; enfin, il y a tellement de choses à visiter autour que nous pouvons tout à fait vivre sans télé. seul bémol, le chemin pour arriver à la maison est trÚs chaotique. toutefois, nous pensons déjà à notre prochain séjour dans votre maison.
