Great place - especially for a large group. Be warned that there are lots of stairs for people with mobility issues. We had a really great time!

Thank you Karen! For those reading this review, the house is a 3 level house with standard 8 foot ceilings. The living area is on the main level, one flight of exterior stairs above the driveway or one flight of interior stairs from the ground level. The sleeping areas are on the ground level (one bedroom) and upper level (three bedrooms). The house is not wheelchair friendly but it is a regular 3 level house with a normal number of stairs. Not like a 5th floor Paris walk-up ;-)

We rented this house with a group of friends. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The price was great for the amount of space you get! The kitchen had everything we neeeded to cook and the hot tub was a huge bonus. We would definitly stay here again when we visit Vernon.

Belated thanks Tom for your review. You’ve said the home could do with a renovation; since taking possession 4 years ago we have painted the entire interior, refloored all 4 bathrooms, replaced all 4 toilets, reroofed the house, replaced the outer front staircase, updated the living and dining area furniture, and updated the wall hangings.and this fall we will be installing new vinyl plank flooring and a modern gas fireplace in the living room, as well as installing a hook and shelving unit just off the kitchen. The house is not a modern showpiece, but is increasingly attractive and perfectly comfortable for families or groups hoping to take advantage of the on hill location and all that the resort has to offer.

Perfect location

The property was as listed and the host made the check in process very easy. It was clean and cozy. The location was the highlight of the stay with the ski trail right off the deck.

Summer adventures with friends

We had a great stay at Twin Peaks. We enjoyed exploring the mountain then coming home to the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped and there were lots of puzzles and board games. We would stay here again!

Perfect Place to stay!

Great, roomy place next to Silver Queen chair lift. Nice place for several couples with or without kids. Lots of beds. Very comfortable, good kitchen to fix meals, next to the ski trail; who could want for more? We were very happy here. Look no further, this is the place to stay!

Oasis

Nothing but positive things to say about the get-away location and close proximity to family in town. Family were gathering for the funeral of a beloved family member, so needed friendly, relaxing surroundings and Twin Peaks provided it all.

Great location, great place and wonderful owners!

We had a fabulous time at Silver Star and really enjoyed our stay at Twin Peaks A! Phil and Cindy were responsive and attentive as owners and the house was clean and very comfortable. The house is located right on the trail and pretty close to the village. Great for both Alpine and Nordic skiing. We will definitely rent again!

Silver Star getaway

Great stay! Nice and clean accommodation and friendly, informative and accessible hosts. Everything in working order and as described in listing. Ski in and ski out with hot tub… hard to beat that. The place had everything you needed for a nice getaway! Highly recommended! Will book again!

Loved it!

The house was very comfortable. Nothing overly fancy but very comfortable and perfect for our group of 9. I would love to stay there during ski season. It is directly beside the ski trail from the Silver Queen connecting to all the other lifts for a true ski in ski out location.

The space is super clean and well laid out for a large group - Phil was super helpful and checked in with us on day 1 to make sure we had everything we needed - kitchen has a great array of cooking/food prep items - the location was great for getting to/from the DH and XC trails - thanks so much for having us!

A home away from home

Beautiful warm home, right on the trail, close to village. It had the space we needed for a family of five. So close to nature we even made friends with the birds and the hosts are amazing. Only thing missing was the winter!

Holiday Stay with Family

We had the pleasure of staying at this conveniently located home for 5 night just before Christmas. We enjoyed the location to the village & Tube Town. Four adults & 4 teenage boys filled the home and we enjoyed the big dining table for family games & meals, the hot tub after a cold day of skiing ( -28 C), and the wonderful fireplaces. The owners were very welcoming, & were great with communication.

Great spot for a family ski holiday

We really enjoyed our stay at Twin Peaks. The kitchen was very well equipped. The rooms were all very clean. The location allowed easy access to Silver Star skiing both nordic and downhill. It was short walk to the village and a short walk to the multi use trails. The owner was very communicative and was available to answer any questions
