I absolutely loved our stay! My family and friends had such a wonderful time and we were all so happy. The host was very easy to communicate with and always helpful. The house had everything we needed, was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again! Paul and Natalie

House is old. Need general improvements and better maintenance. A lot space and room for people but general state of the house is poor. Pool was great and communication with the hosts was wonderful. Check in and check out was smooth.

Size wise it was great. Definitely needs a "facelift" and a very thorough spring cleaning. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. Had some tiny ants and roaches in drawer next to dishwasher. Upstairs a/c went out and hot water heater wasn't heating properly but were repaired promptly. Had clean sheets and towels. A blow dryer would have been nice.

Kitchen was light no serving dishes. Had to use pots for mixing bowls and two teaspoons for cereal. Also no pot holders. The house was clean and comfortable The pool was refreshing. You also might want to update pictures as the kitchen has only one oven. Sorry we had a large group and we enjoy cooking and eating as a family.

Property was easy to access and check in. Beautiful pool area. The house needs a deep clean and some updating. No bbq grill. No spare blankets. A few days before our visit, I asked a question regarding the coffee pot and never got an answer. The downstairs front bedroom is hot. Do not rent a golf cart you can’t drive it in the area. We found out the hard way.

Booked this house for a family vacation. Lots of problems with the house including maggots all around the pool area and in the pool not allowing us to use the pool, and even throw up stains around the pool. The fridge door was broken, not allowing us to cool our food/drinks. The septic/gray water tank leaks outside causing a horrible smell around the property. I’ve stayed in lots of rental properties, and I was disappointed to say the least with this one. With the amount of money paid to stay at this property, my family and I were not impressed.

The hot tub had no plug. We looked everywhere. The dryer was smoking. Could not use. Overall cleanliness was ok. I’ve been in touch with someone at Vrbo about some compensation. I’ll keep trying.
Dryer caught on fire. A guy came to fix the next day but we were trying to replace. He said that the dryer had been like that and they were waiting for parts. He checked it out the week before. He said it should have been unplugged. I was not having
