This was a wonderful property in a perfect location. We enjoyed the watercolor beach club and the beach daily. We walked into seaside for dinner at night and barely used our car the entire time we were there.

Great Watercolor house!

This house was so great for my two teenage girls. We were within walking distance to the beach/pool, but the golf cart was there in case we didn’t feel like walking. Quiet street with easy access to Watercolor and Seaside town centers. Will stay again.

Summer vacation

We loved the home and the convenient location to both Watercolor and Seaside. The home is beautiful with a nice layout. We had a fabulous time visiting Watercolor Beach Club and the other amenities around Watercolor. We had everything we needed. The golf cart was a tremendous perk.

The place was lovely. The front porch and swing was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked. Real coffee pot—no pods needed. There were two king size beds and excellent bedrooms. The third bedroom was a full size bed, not a queen. We had a great time. We would book again.

Beautiful house. Plenty of space. Loved the golf cart. Beds comfortable. Couches have seen better days, but the house is set up for your pooches to have a vacation too. Three very short blocks to the beach and close enough to walk to all of the Seaside attractions. Perhaps not the best TV set up if that is important to you, but worked ok for us.

Easter Beach Vacation

Lovely cozy home located just walking distance to the beach and everything in watercolor. With a short bike ride to Seaside and the Watercolor pools my kids stayed on there bikes and the golf cart made it nice when they got tired. The home sleeps 10 comfortable and is very inviting. The rental company I can not say how amazing they were and always a text away from any question!! We will be back next year and can’t wait to make more memories ❤️

You can do better

We rented this house for 3 weeks in January/February. Usually I am sad when our winter vacation is over, however, this time, I was glad to leave. The house was not as advertised, in desperate need of a deep clean (black mold, filthy grout), and was far from a “luxury” property.

7 Nights in Watercolor

Great area, long morning walks with the dogs were the best! Screened in porch were perfect for morning coffee and cooler day card games. Great room set up is open and spacious with very comfortable furniture. Kitchen had everything all our cooking needed. Appreciate 2 master suites with large private baths, king beds were very comfortable. Enough parking for 2 very large vehicles. Golf cart was fun and a nice add for the shorter excursions. This was a great family get away, we felt safe in the community, dined in a couple of the outdoor spaces, plenty of dog friendly areas, and the landscaping was always pristine. The beaches, the 3 we went to were amazing, beautiful in every sense of the word, clean, not too crowded, and easy access. The home truly made this trip so enjoyable and allowed us to always feel like we were home!!

Loved the house, but…

Overall I loved this house and location… but I agree with another review below that the king sized mattress in the primary bedroom is very uncomfortable and needs a new mattress. I had to sleep in the smaller guest room which has a small full sized bed. That mattress was better but still not great. For these high rates, the mattresses should be better. Also the grout needs to be cleaned in the primary bath shower. If you fix those two issues, I’d give it 5 stars.

Lovely home, needs some friendly touches

The home was almost perfect for the size of our party . We were 3 couple so we needed at least 3 queen beds. The house had 2 kings and one double. The third couple did not enjoy squeezing into a double bed. We were disappointed to find no stereos or wifi speakers available for our use. Also, something as simple as salt and pepper shakers or a candle to light we’re not available. I suggest you pack everything you are going to need. Finally, the house comes with a golf cart that is in desperate need of new brakes! Be very careful driving it, you practically have to brake with your own feet to the pavement.

Great location with a pet

This property was so convenient to stay in. It’s very spacious and very clean and to be able to have our dog was just perfect! Also loved having the 6 seat golf cart included. We have had to rent that in the past. Kitchen was very well appointed also. Will totally stay here again!
