Villa of 140 m2 with fully fenced plot of 1300 m² located 5 km from St Florent.
The villa is more exactly between Saint-Florent and Oletta.
You'll find the quiet with only the sound of singing birds and cicadas.
The property is removed from the main road. On foot, you can take a path that will allow you to stroll in the countryside without taking the car.
The house is located 5 km from the beach and the village of Saint Florent. So you can easily and fully enjoy the sea and its activities.
Sea, mountain or village visit, you can shine throughout the region, and even enjoy the music festivals 'The nights of the guitar' and 'Porto Latino' organized in July and August in Patrimonio and Saint Florent.
There is a large area Leclerc 3 minutes by car.

- The asking price includes service charges taken by Abritel. You will have to pay by credit card for the first payment, ie 25% of the total price (including all Abritel service charges). For the remaining 75%, you can pay me on the spot when you arrive.
- deposit of 1000 € to give on your arrival, returned to your departure.
- Optional cleaning (not compulsory): 120 € to pay on the spot.
- Linen provided: mattress protectors, pillows / bolster with cover, duvets with cover, towels for the hands, bath mats, kitchen towels.
Optional at 10 € per bed for the entire stay: sheets (fitted sheet and flat sheet).
The towels for the body are not provided, no option possible.

Dieses Haus ist sehr groß, es war genau richtig für uns. ( 7 Personen ). Eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin hat uns empfangen und alles erklärt. Die Zimmer, Küche und Toiletten sind äußerst sauber und funktional. Besonders die große Küche ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Uns hat es super gut gefallen und wir können dieses Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen.

Location très bien située . Dix minutes de Saint Florent. Nous avons apprécié la visite de Calvi en prenant le train à la gare de L’Ile-Rousse . Un trajet agréable permettant de voir de belle plages tout le long du trajet .

Belle expérience de Noël à St Florent

La maison est très spacieuse pour une grande famille à proximité du village de St Florent. Nous avions souhaités nous réunir pour la période de Noël et profiter des activités Nature dans le coin et essentiellement commerciales sur Bastia à 30min. Tout est propre , la maison et le le terrain sont grands dans un quartier calme. Un Leclerc à 3km. Dans la maison il y a tout ce qu'il faut avec appareils et ustensiles recents. Nous étions huit et avons passé un excellent séjour . Merci à mme Agostini.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Chantal con una coppia di amici e le nostre 2 figlie di 11 anni ed è stata una permanenza molto piacevole. Tutto è stato perfetto: la casa è comoda e perfettamente attrezzata, ed è situata in posizione strategica per visitare la zona di Cap Corse e il deserto degli Agriates, restando fuori dal caos di Saint Florent. Assolutamente consigliata!

Super accueil, et une maison de rêve, très fonctionnelle, super bien agencé, spacieuse pour 4 couples. Propreté rien à redire, la propriétaire est super gentille et très attentionné où l'on a été accueilli avec des paquets de canestrelli, et qui a mis une planche afin que mon chiuahua ne sort pas en dessous du portail. Vraiment je vous recommande cette location tant pour l'accueil, pour la propreté et pour la maison et son jardin

Tout d'abord , merci à Chantal pour son sympathique accueil ...et les gateaux . C'est une délicate attention. La maison est grande , très fonctionnelle , faite de telle façon que chacun peut avoir un coin tranquille pour se reposer .La cuisine est très bien équipée , rien ne manque . Nous avons beaucoup aimé séjourner chez Chantal , Saint-Florent n'est pas loin et on bénéficie de calme .

Maison très spacieuse conforme à la description, très propre, cuisine très complète, propriétaire à l'écoute qui a acheté une cafetière Nespresso en cours de séjour car elle était présente sur les photos mais absente lors de notre séjour. Maison proche de St Florent et supermarché à proximité. Petits gâteaux corses offerts à notre arrivée très sympa. Petit bémol le canapé lit en bas qui ne convient pas pour 2 adultes il faudrait mettre un vrai lit (propriétaire au courant).
