Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Beautiful location! Perfect for a one night stay, before our cruise. For any long term stays, you'd need to bring everything. Nothing is stocked for the kitchen at all. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There are only other hotels nearby but, many of them offer different restaurants. I would stay here again.

I would not recommend staying here AT ALL. I was riddled with anxiety. Felt very unsafe. There were extra doors that we could not lock from the inside. Hallways and elevators very sketchy. Human trafficking signs everywhere. It was very dirty. Killed a roach within the first 5 minutes of being there. Stains and dirt everywhere. I could barely sleep. Sounded like someone tried to break in around 1 am. Mediocre beach. Full of trash. Went here for my best friends bachelorette trip and she didn’t smile once. Can’t even blame her. In all my years, I’ve never stayed somewhere I regret as much as this place. We got what we paid for.

Stayed just one night - before a cruise. It was good for that. Access to the beach was close and easy. But someone came around early - before sunset - to take all the lounge chairs we were using! The common areas could use updating. All staff were helpful and efficient. We didn't find stores or restaurants nearby, Walmart delivered what we needed.

The front desk was great, but the room was not. There was a leak in the ceiling we had to have maintenance fix, the floor was in bad shape and the walls also with cracks in the mouldings. They do not supply any kind of glassware, cups, pans, or utensil in the kitchen which would have been nice to know ahewd of time. The best thing about this place was the location but i would look elsewhere to book.

The condo was very clean. The people at the front desk were very pleasant. We only stayed a night. Did not do any cooking. The kitchen did not have a lot of cooking supplies.

Much needed escape

I stayed here with my three kids ages 12, 14 16 they had a ball the bay, ocean front right at your front door it was amazing clean minor minor issues. I am picky and this was perfect for us, finally no issues with me crying and leaving a place.

The property overall was very clean and nicely decorated. Our rental was also very clean and the decor was nice and modern. The view was beautiful and the unit was spacious. They had a great beach restaurant with a great vibe. There aren’t many places to eat within walking distance, but if you are a fan of Uber eats and door dash you will be fine.
