This adorable 1st floor duplex is just steps away from the beautiful beaches of Beach Haven Terrace (LBI,NJ). One house off the water. This vacation rental could not offer a more convenient way to enjoy the Jersey Shore.

This unit has three private bedrooms (1 Queen, 4 Twin beds), 1 full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen (dishes, pots,pans,etc) and cozy seating area. Includes a shared BBQ grill and private deck as wall as shared access to an outdoor shower and laundry. Home is equipped with central A/C and parking.

Wonderful retreat for family

We had a lovely time with our family of four, including a three month old and toddler. The house was very clean and in a great location to get back and forth from the beach with young children, and within walking distance to several great restaurants. I would definitely recommend for young families!

Girls weekend

The owner Jennifer was friendly and kept in touch with me the whole time and answered all of our questions. The property was just like the pictures and really close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location!

Although we didn’t have great weather, the location is absolutely perfect. One house back from the beach and close to all of the bars and restaurants in Beach Haven. We would absolutely come back!

Beautiful property in an amazing location

Our family so enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was beautifully maintained, and by far one of the most comfortable homes we've stayed in on LBI. The real star is the location, though - this home is literally steps from the ocean, and you can hear the waves on the beach from the porch. Can't say enough great things about this home - we will definitely be back!

It is refreshing to walk into a rental and see that it is exactly as the listing says - this house really is steps from the beach, clean, and the owner was extremely accommodating. Our family had a relaxing stay and will definitely be returning!

This place is perfect

This house one house from the beach! It is so convenient. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. Jennifer was so quick to communicate at any time of day. We spent two weeks here and can not wait to come back next year!

Lovely ocean view cottage

Only 1 house from beach! Can hear surf from deck! Spacious kitchen & living room. 3 cozy bedrooms. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach tags! Perfect week & beautiful sunrise! Close to everything!

Perfect Beach House

Jennifer was an amazing host and the house was perfect for my group. Communication was quick and easy. My group had a great time and our proximity to the beach made beach trips easy. There were so many restaurants and ice cream places within a walking distance from the house which we definitely took advantage of. I'm definitely interested in potentially renting again in the future.

This was our second summer renting the lower level of Jennifer’s amazing house and both times it has been a fantastic experience! The house is very comfortable, clean and the location is unbeatable! Jennifer is the perfect host as she is friendly, helpful and responsive! We couldn’t ask for anything more. Can’t wait to return next summer!

Amazing kick-off to the summer season!

Jennifer’s place is my favorite rental I’ve had to date on LBI. The space was extremely clean and spacious. The mattresses were super comfy as were the pillows. Jennifer really found ways of adding special touches and details, and the included beach chairs and brand new grill made the stay even more special and easy. The icing on the cake is that her place is one house from the beach. I loved this spot and am looking forward to returning.

Location!

The house is fully equipped with everything anyone would need for a day at the beach. The location is super and the beach is beautiful. We had our family of 5 and we had ample room. Kitchen has everything you need to make a meal at home and enjoy our on the deck hearing the waves crash. I also have to say Jennifer is a host that goes above and beyond to questions and making everything perfect. She is very responsive and willing to share her beach home with others. Thank you for making our first LBI vacation awesome we will definitely be returning.

Wonderful Beach House!

This was our first time to the Jersey Shore and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The house was simply spotless and adorably decorated. It was everything we expected and more. And can I say - LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! We were literally steps from the beach and a few blocks off the main drag where there was access to EVERYTHING. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed and we had access to plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas as well. Jen was an amazing host! She was so prompt in answering my millions of questions and gave us some terrific suggestions for restaurants and things to do. We will definitley stay here again!

Excellent location and even better host

The property is just as described. A perfect house right next to the ocean. You can hear the waves crash right from the deck of the house. Every restaurant is within driving distance. It doesn't get any better at the shore !!!

Working with Jennifer was a value added bonus to what was a perfect week on LBI. She was thorough, responsive and professional. The house is one house away from the beach which made leisurely strolls to the ocean more frequent and inviting. The home itself is immaculate, charming and completely comfortable. All amenities are generously provided. We also loved the porch where we chilled regularly for happy hour and our neighbors were awesome! We were wanting for nothing and are planning on becoming "regulars". I want to thank Jennifer and VRBO for making this vacation for us so memorable and relaxing.
