Island Breeze Condominiums with Direct access across the street to Englewood Beach! Bright and light Oversized efficiency unit offering great amenities with everything you need to make your stay comfortable!
New amenity filled kitchen. The unit was just freshly redecorated. The outdoor grill! On site heated swimming pool. (Nov-April) There are great restaurants within walking distance (one upscale restaurant right next door!) and there is also a free shuttle service that brings you around the area!! (Convenient but not needed unless you want to use it)

Big screen TV in the living area, dining area, roomy bath with shower and a balcony with a partial view of the bay and the boat docks.
Manasota Key and the Englewood area offers various activities that will keep all interests involved!
All this with your private gulf beach access just across the street! (Manasota Key offers 4 public beaches!) Heated pool!

Englewood area is well known for its great fishing, boating, golf, village shopping and of course its beaches!
BOAT docks available at no extra cost!. (reservation needed but no trailers allowed on site)

We had a wonderful stay here, it was very clean and great proximity to the beach! just a short walk across the street. the host was very responsive, definitely recommend this place for a couple wanting an affordable beach vacation!

A perfect weekend getaway! Amazing location right across the street from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and bars. The studio had everything we needed including many little touches that make a huge difference such as plenty of towel hooks, two closets, and lots of counter space. I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the bay. The pool was refreshing after a day at the beach and communication with the hosts was phenomenal. I would definitely stay again!

Great Beach Vacation Spot

The condo is a nice size and was very clean. The hosts were very attentive and polite in correspondence. It was quiet and only about 250 steps to the beach with easy access to pull up the car right to the beach for unloading if necessary.It's a short drive to just about anything you may need. Many shops and great places to eat.

Very cute and tidy condo walking distance from intercoastal to beach. Great location also walking distance to local restaurant and bars. The hosts were very communicated and polite.

The studio condo was great! It is super basic but had what we needed for a fun few days. We liked how close it was to the beach and that the pool was so clean. One downside is that the walls between the condos are super thin and you can hear everything. Conversations, tv, everything.

Very quiet and peaceful weekend close to the beach and one of our favorite Restaurant/Bars the Waverly. We enjoyed the pool and our sunrises from the balcony as well. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect location

Beautiful condo so clean and well maintained. Everything you could want was there. Beach was awesome. Lots of good bands within walking distance and cant forget to mention Stumpys always a few minutes away for a free shuttle ride.

Nice stay on Manasota Key

Very cute well decorated. Just a short walk across street to beach. Had beach chairs and towels for use. Easy check in and out. Will come back for sure. Manasota key is in middle of hurricane cleanup, alot of work being done in the beach. Want to come back in future to see progress. Waa glad to give our money to some of the places rebuilding.

Back for The Third Time

This has become our go-to place to stay for an extended weekend. A quiet condo complex with a couple of docks for boat mooring. Easy bike access to the local beach spots and a cool pool to refresh after a hot day out in the Florida sun. Looking forward to our fourth stay!

The property was great! Luckily we had no one to the side of us until our last night as the walls are super thin and we could hear the neighbors as if they were standing in the next room! Owners were great and checked in with us the day after arrival to make sure everything was to our likings and our needs were met. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway

Loved the location and amenities. The bayside is quiet and serene. Appreciated that the pool is heated. The gas grill is a huge plus and we liked having covered parking under the condos. Everything was immaculate in our condo and the entire site itself. The beach was just a short walk across the street.

Amazing!!!

My friend and I stayed in this beautiful condo 2 nights. The location was beyond perfect, a few steps to the beach and only a 5 minute drive to Stump Pass beach, which was a fantastic beach. We walked about 7 minutes to the Tiki Sand Bar, which we highly recommend, such a fun place with good music and great food. Manasota Key is such a neat island and even walking at night we felt safe. We loved the place and especially the private balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee. We'll definitely be back.
