Great location. Walkable to everything you need. Clean unit. Other guests were jelly. Wanted our unit. Loved private beach and pool. Kitchen could use salt and pepper shakers and pizza pan. Loved having washer and dryer in unit. Looked to book for next year and was already taken.

Perfect couple’s getaway!

The condo is so cute, clean and they have everything you could need for your getaway! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Loved the Lock N Key restaurant & only a 5 minute walk!

All the comforts of home

Very nice, clean place with plenty of room for a couple or small family. Easy walking distance to the beach (we saw dolphins) and to restaurants. Nice pool to relax in also.

Condo was very nice, had everthing needed for our stay. Could walk to the beach, unfortunately it was still being cleaned up from the hurricane. Only downside is the pool was not heated so we couldnt get in.

Just the location we needed

We need a place to stay convenient to our condos that were damaged by Milton. We were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the property, considering the impact on the island. The condo was clean and well appointed with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we required so glad we found.

The pool was great, the short walk to the beach was perfect! The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed from towels, washer/dryer, dish and laundry tabs, the right amount of utensils and cookware, lots of linens and towels. this was comfortable and cost effective for us! We will be back!!!

Enjoyed a week at this condo. Any negatives covered in other reviews are on point but overall very happy with everything about the condo and location and would stay again. Good amount of beach gear provided. Nice to be right outside pool and dock but still a very short walk to beach.

This place is really cute, clean and great location. It’s a perfect size for 1 or 2 people. And yes the bed is a very firm mattress My reason for the 4 star is because of the paper thin walls. You can hear everything on both sides. And no beach chairs☹️. Everything else was awesome

A real treasure on Manasota Key.

Overall the property was in an ideal location on Manasota Key, only a short walk to center of town, the Gulf and the bay. The property was extremely clean and well-appointed. The washer and dryer in the condo is a huge plus. We would definitely book this property again and highly recommend it. The only negative would be that the walls between units are a little thin and you can hear your neighbors but a set of earplugs fixed the problem.

Gorgeous sunsets

Great location, clean and updated. Responsive host. A few suggestions: 1. A bike key, no identifiable bike? 2. Mattress extremely hard, but that could just be my preference 3. Pool area could use an umbrella or two. Otherwise almost perfect!

Nice....but,

Very nice, convenient to food, very short walk to beach. The main reason I booked this place is because it had a heated pool. I knew the water would still be cold on my chosen dates BUT, the pool was NOT heated. Contacted the host and all he said was no one has said anything to him about it. We spoke to others at the pool and they also complained about the NOT heated pool. Also, no soap and/or shampoo in the room as listed on the amenities, host told us their was a Circle K a few blocks down where we could get some....Wow! Not sure we would choose this place again as their are so many to choose from, the pool was the deal breaker!

sorry, but the HOA said the heater was on the pool. And, i used to supply soap and shampoo, but most renter preferred to bring their own.

Perfect spot for fishing and the beach!

The condo is exactly as described and met all of our expectations. There are private docks for fishing in Lemon Bay adjacent to the condos and the beach is a short walk away. The pool was clean all week despite daily thunderstorms. The only downsides are that the bed is extremely firm and you will definitely hear the neighbors in 18B. Overall, we loved it and can't wait to return.

Very nice unit and location. Loved the w/d in the unit. The bed is memory foam and MUCH more firm than we are accustomed to, so struggled with sleep. Otherwise, unit is perfect and had everything we could possibly need for our stay!

My new favorite place

No problems, smooth sailing. Great location away from the crowded beach. This place had almost everything I could want. (Except a bike) The walls are kind of thin so you can hear neighbors but that’s what little foam ear plugs are for! Great communication abd very clean.
