Welcome to Pinnacle Port, a quiet little corner of the world featuring beautiful white-sand and crystal-clear waters. This family-friendly penthouse condo is located on the top floor in a gated community with 24 hour security. This recently updated three bedroom three bathroom unit offers great views of Lake Powell and the ocean. The living room features a high definition TV with a balcony facing Lake Powell. The master bedroom features a king bed, a flat screen TV and ocean view with balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds and third bedroom on the main floor features a queen bed with a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops. The condo has three full bathrooms, a washer/dryer and Wi-Fi. No smoking and no pets are allowed. Renters must be 25 or older.

Pinnacle Port has much to offer our guests. There is one outdoor pool and one indoor/outdoor heated pool. Outdoor sports include four shuffleboard courts, four lighted tennis courts, and a basketball court. There are outdoor grills available for your use with some picnic tables. There is also a children’s playground on site. Canoes, kayaks and a paddleboat for use on Lake Powell are available. A marina and boat slip is also available for guests. Fishing off the docks is available with a Florida fishing license.

Carillon Beach is adjacent to Pinnacle Port within the gated community. There is shopping on Market Street including a spa and restaurants. There is also live seasonal entertainment in downtown Carillon.

This resort is close to 30A with great shopping and amazing restaurants or just minutes into Panama City and Pier Park Shopping and entertainment. It is located just 20 minutes from Northwest Beaches International Airport.

This unit comes with 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella set up on the beach daily! March - Oct.

This was the perfect condo for a family vacation! We loved the location, the beach chairs that were included were so nice, and the snack bar on the premises made things so simple for a quick lunch! LOVED it and would go back in a heart beat!

Great view of the beach

We enjoyed staying at this place. It is right on the beach. It has a great view of the beach from the main bedroom and a view of the lake from the main living area. We did not like that the couch was stained so we covered it with a blanket during our stay. Overall the place could be a little cleaner but we had a great time.

We loved the views from both balconies. It was nice that each room had its own full bath. We also liked that one bedroom was downstairs while the others 2 were upstairs. There were thoughtful touches like soap, salt/pepper, Tupperware, toaster and kuerig

Very nice place. Comfortable and up to date. Was great to have a first floor room for my elderly parents so they would not have to climb steep stairs several times a day. Great Location and View!

This is a great gulf front property. The security was very comforting., We enjoyed the Gulf and the very large pool which is partially enclosed for those who may have a bit of a sunburn. The kitchen of our unit was throughly stocked with cookware. A great place we will probably return in the future.

Had a great stay at this property, the owner was very helpful with any questions.

Booking this property was easy because the owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. My family and I had no issues when we checked in with security at the property. It was a little bit of a drive from restaurants but that was fine with us because I have a two year old son who had a great time and it was really great being further away from everything because the beach wasn’t near as crowded as other resorts giving us plenty of space to relax and space for my son to play.
