Riverfront Home with Large Deck on South Fork of Kaweah River

Spacious riverfront home, nestled on 2 quiet, wooded acres. Located just 7 minutes from the South Entrance to Spectacular Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park and less than 5 minutes to the 'town' of Three Rivers.

The large 1100 sq foot back deck overlooks the South Fork of the Kaweah River. The deck has an outdoor kitchen with 2 built in barbeques, burner, sink and plenty of seating. Enjoy your morning coffee here while you watch the river, bring a book out in the afternoon to get some sun on the lounge chairs, or enjoy the evening under the stars listening to the relaxing sounds of the water.

This 2100 square foot vacation rental is a 3 bedroom/3 bath home with large dining room, comfortable living area. The newly remodeled, well-equipped kitchen (photos coming soon!) has a Jenn Air gas range, Bosch dishwasher and large stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker and beautiful Taj Mahal countertops. We have thought of everything to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Fresh linens are provided for the bath and bedrooms. The house also features a brand new Rinnai tankless water heater and dual pane windows and sliders throughout.

The master bedroom has a comfortable Cal King sized bed with private ensuite bathroom. The sliding glass door in the master bedroom leads out to a private riverview deck. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed with sliding glass door to a deck overlooking the river. The third bedroom is set up as one twin bed and can be configured to be one comfortable king sized bed or two twin beds depending on your group size. This middle bedroom is a pass through, meaning you will access the master suite by walking through this room, great for kids.

Please note: Our home is located in a beautiful natural river setting. River water level and flow will vary seasonally due to weather and Calif drought. As with any mountain property, you may occasionally see bugs, insects, or small wildlife despite regular maintenance. This is part of the charm of staying in nature, and we appreciate your understanding.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We especially loved relaxing by the peaceful river in the backyard and listening to the soothing sound of the water. Seeing a beautiful deer with her two babies was such a special bonus and made our stay unforgettable. It was our home away from home. We'd like to thank our hosts for an amazing experience. The property is beautiful, the house was immaculate, and the town of Three Rivers was so friendly. We stayed during some hot summer days but it was still cool enough in Sequoia National Park to enjoy.We loved the big deck on this home! The home was spacious and felt like a home away from home. I got to get some amazing nature and astrophotography shots right from the back deck!!I also wanted to say the hosts are excellent and communication was great. They accommodated a lot of small requests for us as well, thank you!

What a wonderful, beautiful home to spend some much needed rest and scenery! Our hosts were very accommodating and gave such a personal touch to our stay. This Vrbo experience exceeded our expectations. It was a beautiful space for my family and I to truly enjoy our weekend out here. The location is great for a visit to the sequoias national park. Perfect for my mom and all of us to embrace peace by the river. My children had a wonderful time dipping in the river safely. The waters were calm and clear, safe for my kids to go with adult supervision, of course. We also brought a dog with us and it was also well accommodating for her. Such a beautiful experience, we are extremely grateful, yet sad to go.

What a beautiful and peaceful place to stay for our trip to Three Rivers and the giant Sequoia trees! The house was absolutely lovely, beautifully maintained, and felt like a true home away from home. The owners have done a wonderful job with all the updates, including new appliances, countertops, flooring, and beautiful new bathroom cabinets and countertops.They truly thought of everything! The home was stocked with so many of the little things we could possibly need—or might have forgotten to pack—which made our stay so comfortable and stress-free.Communication with the owners was also wonderful. They were responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with, which made the entire experience even better.And the setting was simply magical! We were lucky enough to see a mama deer and her two babies crossing the river, beautiful orange dragonflies, birds, and even lizards. Being surrounded by nature made the experience extra special.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and memorable getaway!
