Das Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster, die separate Toilette ist ca. 1,5 qm groß und beinhaltet zudem die Gasheizung. Eine Zumutung wie wir fanden. Einrichtung ist überaltet!

Schöne Atmosphäre

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Überrascht waren wir von dem Schlafzimmer, das kein Fenster hat und der Toilette, die in der Klammer mit der Heizung eingebaut ist und es dort sehr eng war. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und vor Ort war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.

Appartement très bien situé entre phare et golf

L'appartement est très bien rénové avec une grande pièce à vivre et une chambre sans fenêtre ; ce qui ne nous dérangeait pas puisque nous n'étions dedans que pour dormir. Le grand balcon permet de manger dehors et a vu sur la mer. La piscine sur le toit de l'immeuble est un plus ainsi que la place de parking. L'accueil et le départ ont été faits par une personne très agréable. La propriétaire est joignable rapidement pour tout problème. Je recommande.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil et notre séjour dans l'appartement de Jocelyne qui est très attentive à ses hôtes, nous a bien conseillé et s'est montrée très prévenante. L'appartement est idéalement placé pour découvrir Biarritz et ses environs, très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. La piscine de l'immeuble était malheureusement en rénovation mais nous avons pu profiter du panorama et nous reviendrons pour l'apprécier pleinement !
