House completely renovated during winter 2016/2017.
Kerners, a small fishing village, near the tip of the Rhuys peninsula, faces the monks' island. The 130m2 house built in the 1960s sits on a magnificent 7000m2 private plot which descends to the edge of the gulf: 60 m.
Private boat descent, you can leave your boat, kayak or windsurf on the sand or in the garden.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa bien située, au calme et en même temps proche du centre d'Arzon et des commodités. Elle est très agréable et fonctionnelle. La rénovation est réussie. La vue depuis les fenêtres est même plus belle "en vrai" : en effet, les photos sur le site donnent une impression de distance mer plus lointaine, alors qu'elle est en fait très proche. Et vous aurez peut-être la chance, comme nous, d'avoir la visite quotidienne des chevreuils de la pointe Kerners. A noter également un très bon contact avec le propriétaire et la conciergerie.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub am Golf von Morbihan

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem tollen Haus. Die Lage ist absolut genial: Es ist ruhig und trotzdem sind Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurants mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Der Garten ist unglaublich groß und man hat direkten Zugang zum Küstenweg und zum Meer. Der Blick in die Bucht ist traumhaft. Von der Terasse aus konnten wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstück Rehe auf dem Grundstück beobachten. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, besonders die Küche hat uns begeistert, nur bei den Gartenmöbeln würden wir uns eine bessere Ausstattung wünschen. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden und glücklich.

Nous avons pleinement profité de ces deux semaines de location avec une météo très agréable, en faisant le plein de brise, d’eau de mer, de courants et de marées. La maison est très agréable à vivre.
