Lage:Das Ferienhaus liegt in idyllischer Umgebung auf der wunderschönen Île-aux-Moines – einer kleinen bretonischen Insel im Golf von Morbihan. Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt, in unmittelbarer NĂ€he zu Wanderwegen und kleinen Buchten. Die Insel selbst ist autofrei (bis auf Ausnahmen), was fĂŒr eine entspannte, ruhige AtmosphĂ€re sorgt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der NĂ€he Vorhanden. Die Anreise muß wegen der FĂ€hrfahrt geplant sein. Gute auch kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten sind auf dem Festland in HafennĂ€he vorhanden.Ausstattung:Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit einer Mischung aus traditionellem bretonischen Stil und modernen Elementen. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet (Backofen, GeschirrspĂŒler, Kaffeemaschine etc.), sh sind.Besonders hervorzuheben ist die große Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. WLAN ist vorhanden.Sauberkeit & Zustand:Das Haus war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und gepflegt. BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher waren frisch und ordentlich. Die Einrichtung zeigt leichte Gebrauchsspuren, aber alles war funktionstĂŒchtig und gut gewartet.Fazit:Ein charmantes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Umgebung – perfekt fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub fernab vom Alltag.

Maison chaleureuse idéalement placée

Charmante maison qui a l’avantage d’ĂȘtre trĂšs bien situĂ©e ,Ă  15 mn de l’embarcadĂšre et Ă  quelques minutes du village et des commerces .Situation trĂšs calme et reposante .TrĂšs jolie vue sur le golfe depuis la terrasse . La maison possĂšde une grande piĂšce Ă  vivre trĂšs sympathique et parfaite pour recevoir une grande famille ( ce qui Ă©tait notre cas ) le poĂȘle Ă  bois ajoute un charme et trĂšs utile en hiver pour rĂ©chauffer l’ambiance ,mĂȘme si la maison est par ailleurs bien chauffĂ©e et confortable . Les chambres sont agrĂ©ables ,celle du bas ( quadruple ) est particuliĂšrement spacieuse .Le seul dĂ©faut de la maison est les 2 salles d’eau un peu exiguĂ«s et la chasse d’eau des toilette du haut trĂšs bruyante ( mais ces points un peu nĂ©gatifs sont largement compensĂ©s par l’agencement et le confort gĂ©nĂ©ral de la maison ,sa dĂ©coration chaleureuse et la mise Ă  disposition d’une jolie vaisselle ce qui est toujours un plus apprĂ©ciable 
) Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour Ă  Ty Choarezed et la choisirons sans hĂ©siter une prochaine fois ! La communication ,avec Aude ,la propriĂ©taire ,a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs facile et agrĂ©able

Bretonische Perle: die IlĂȘ aux Moines

Kurz gesagt: wunderbar! 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder sowie ein Hund auf der autofreien IlĂȘ, alless lief unkompliziert ab und sehr zuvorkommend, das Haus ist der absolute Traum, der Ausblick von der Terrasse wird das diesjĂ€hrige Urlaubsalbum dominieren. Die Insel entschleunigt sehr, dazu trĂ€gt das Haus ein wirklich privates Ambiente bei, man fĂŒhlt sich nicht wie in einem Ferienhaus. Und wenn einem mal der Hund ausbĂŒxt, kommen die Nachbarn, alles andere als genervt und helfen bei der RĂŒckfĂŒhrung. 😂 sparen Sie sich aufgrund der Supermarktpreise (Inselpreise) trotzdem GroßeinkĂ€ufe auf dem Festland, das Geschleppe haben wir einmal gemacht und dann 5e gerade sein lassen. Die Insel bietet alles was man braucht, zusĂ€tzlich gute Restaurants und einen Wochenmarkt mit frischen regionalen Produkten. Wir werden irgendwann wiederkommen, wir danken Herrn Richard fĂŒr unvergessliche drei Wochen in seinem Haus und ihm und der IlĂȘ aux Moines fĂŒr die Gastlichkeit!
