The Cocoonr agency offers you to rent, on the commune of Surzur to 10 minutes of Vannes in the peace, this charming family farmhouse of a surface of 240 m ² being able to accommodate comfortably until 12 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 60 m² (with wood stove), an equipped and fitted kitchen, a living room with TV and a room of 30 m² used as a playroom.

On the first floor, you will have 5 beautiful double rooms equipped as well as 2 rooms with a single bed each. Three bathrooms in total, a shower room (Italian shower) on the ground floor with individual basin, 2 separate toilets. Upstairs a bathroom with bath, double basin and toilet, as well as a bathroom with shower and individual basin.

You will be able to enjoy a garden of about 2 400 m² (in the course of sowing). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival. You will benefit from a quiet environment with beautiful sunsets on the countryside of Vannes, you just have to put your bags and discover our beautiful region!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

The house is ideally located in Surzur, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market (Surzur town center at 5 minutes by car)...
