This condo is located in the Shoreham condominium complex, 915 Ocean Shore Blvd, Unit 206, 32176. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is right on the beach with a beautiful Oceanfront View. Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets. The condo is located on the second floor right next to the elevators and washers and dryers. It has an Ocean View from the master bedroom and the living room that overlooks a large private swimming pool.

The master bedroom includes a KING SIZE bed, and the guest bedroom has two QUEEN size beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with 32 inch Roku smart TVs. MB TV has cable, guest bedroom TV does not. The living room and kitchen are newly renovated including brand new carpeting, and the dining area seats six. There is also a Deck right off the living room equipped with furniture.

This Beachfront Condo is filled with everything needed to enhance your stay:

-fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and ice maker

-oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, as well as tableware, and pots & pans

-high speed Wi-Fi internet

-large flat screen TV in the living room and master bedroom

-Blu-Ray player and cable TV

-hair dryer

-two beach bikes and some beach gear as well!!

Washers and dryers are located on the same floor. Assigned underground parking is located in a secure garage with elevator access. Additional parking can be found on the outdoor lot.

Host was wonderful. Very responsive and easy to contact. Unit was nicely decorated and very well stocked. Only complaint was the constant construction noise from other areas of the building and the neighboring building.

Beautiful Condo

Our condo was just as it was described. Bob was very easy to reach and easy to communicate with. Condo was completely furnished. We did not need to go out and pick up extra things. Beds were very comfortable and the view from the patio and master bedroom were amazing. The condo was decorated very nice. We can tell that the owners take pride in their unit. The pool was heated and very clean. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an ocean view place to stay.

My wife and I stayed at Shoreham for two weeks. Absolutely loved it. Ocean views were wonderfully perfect. Spent a lot of time on the balcony (lots of space to relax)....morning sun, evening shade....Perfect. Easy, easy access to the beach. Just steps from your door and even fewer from the pool. Covered parking in the garage...laundry and garbage shute right across the hall. Great condo with lots of space and all the amenities. Easy access to restaurants, shops and entertainment. Owner was great. Easy to deal with and communication was exceptional. We will definitely stay here again, soon.

Property Manager went Above and Beyond

Our original Reservations in Ormond Beach were cancelled due to Hurricane Ian damage. Working with Property Manager of this Beautiful Clean and quite 2 Bedroom Condo last minute we were able to Book and save Our Family’s vacation I would recommend this Unit to anyone looking for a Quite and relaxing vacation right on the Breach Everything is within minutes of your stay. Serene condo with million dollar view

Located on the portion of the beach where cars not allowed. Close to shopping and restaurants. Secure building with covered parking. Quiet and friendly neighbors. We took long walks on the beach daily and no two were the same. Condo is equipped with whatever you need to make good meals as well as beach gear. Highly recommend.

Beautiful weather beautiful stay and beautiful beach.

Reading the property was very easy. The host always made sure you had what you needed and was always either a text or a phone call away. There was never a lot of people on the beach or in the pool. All in all it was just a really nice place to rent and very special place to make beautiful memories with your family and loved ones.

This unit was very comfortable. It had comfortable beds and furnishings and was a great place to relax. It’s walking distance to the market and restaurants. It has direct access to the beach. Everything needed to have an enjoyable stay at the beach comes with the unit! I look forward to returning some day.

Wonderful view

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was everything we were looking for. The view was wonderful and so relaxing hearing the soft waves at night.. The condo was clean and decorated very nice. The pool was clean and everyone was friendly. I would highly recommend.

We love walking down the beach towards Daytona. You could walk or ride your bike for miles. Ormond Beach has many great restaurants, shopping centers, and country clubs.
